Workouts are great and always something new to do.
Good app with high variety and quick workout changes based on your daily situation. Not the most versatile and it could be simpler to add exercises you perform on your own, but not bad.
This app has gotten me back on the lifting train for over 4 months bc it truly takes all the pain out of lifting. From planning your muscle groups, to planning the entire exercise, to reminding you when your rest breaks are done, this is the perfect workout companion app. I HIGHLY recommend this app.
I recommend this app to all my friends in the gym. This app helps me to target muscles on my own schedule. The visuals that demonstrate workout help me to keep correct form so I know how to target the muscles right and without injury. This app gives you results.
Class workouts move way too fast and would love ability to pause to adjust weights, form, etc. Please fix
Recently had login issues, due to deleting Facebook. Sent an email to the support desk and they resolved my issue within 24 hours. Absolutely amazing and professional customer care.
Just started using this app and hands down best work out I have had. It’s easy to use and can update weights and move threw the work outs with out slowing down or spending a bunch of time on your phone. Plus works great with listening to music at the same time

I love this app, I’ve been using it for a year now and it’s great. You can get a solid workout with anything you have access to - I’ve just had dumbbells for a year now, no gym access, and I’ve still crushed it. They recently releases classes which are dope but they do not progress your stats/days in the “training” section. Recommendation would be if you do a leg day class, it progresses your sets in the training section to make it more dynamic to switch between classes and regular training regimens
