The Shred app is an excellent app that let’s you customize your workout or follow the recommended plan. It keeps track of your reps and weight amount.
I’ve been using this for over two years now and thoroughly enjoy it however since the new download came out I cannot sign in through FB. While I know I can create a new account, I do not want to lose my progress. SHRED team, can you fix this?
I just finished my 826th workout using nothing but this app! In 2019 when I downloaded it on a whim I would have never imagined how life changing the journey would be. Started 8/2019 weighing 240lbs and in the matter of 16 weeks I was down to 183lbs. Fast forward to today 11/19/2021 I’m sitting at a consistent 195lbs, 7.6% body fat and 108lbs of skeletal muscle. When you choose to eat right and stay consistent with this Shred daily, results happen!!
. One of the best fitness apps available. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be in shape and look good.
Great app. I like the way it works and how it motivates me to work out harder. Highly recommended to those looking for a good app and schedule to follow. 👍🏼
I have used this app consistently for the past 15 months - shortly after COVID lockdowns began. I’ve noticed positive gains in muscle strength and faster times in my 5k runs. Even without doing any running, my occasional runs have been quicker from losing weight and gaining muscle. Having the option to choose from home or gym workouts is awesome too since a lot of gyms are open now. Now I definitely don’t have any excuses to miss a workout. I also like the variability in the workouts. I haven’t done the same workout back to back or one after the other. They are slightly different each time which is exactly what I was looking for in a workout app. I just start my workout on Shred and follow the workout plan for that day. I’ve always done just basic workouts that I would guess on. I would see some gains and weight loss, but I see results much quicker with the Shred app and it takes the guess-work out of a great workout. I had to take some time off from working out due to moving to a new city and a lower back injury. Im starting back up after taking about two months off and I’m really just sore from starting at a new gym. Time to get Shred! One thing I do request is if it were possible to choose or change your next exercise while the countdown for the rest period has begun. Currently, you have to wait until the countdown is over before you can see alternate exercises for the next exercise. It would be nice to already see what your options are and choose one before the timer ends so that you can jump right into the next exercise without wasting any time.
Just stumbled into this app. Loving the variety of workouts. So far been enjoying the multiple ab exercises. I signed up for the premium, canceled it, and am signing back up lol. It’s one of my top three workout apps. Worth the little investment. Great ROI.
I’ve been using SHRED for a little over 2 years now and I LOVE it! I found myself hitting plateaus and not switching up my routines often. So I browsed applications and started with the free trial. In that week I noticed a difference and enjoyed the fact I was getting new workouts that I normally wouldn’t have done on my own. I paid for the annual subscription and have seen a substantial increase in my muscle growth, endurance, and overall confidence. On days I don’t have access to the gym, it’ll provide work from home options with body weight exercises that really do the trick. I can’t recommend this app enough for those looking to switch things up.
This app is the only one that I’ve used that crushes me everyday, as soon as I start to think I’m out growing it-the intensity increases and go home unable to hold on to the steering wheel My only (minor) complaint is that I blew out my knee and wanted to reset the intensity back to the beginning, the only way I could figure out to do this was to delete my account and create a new one. An account intensity reset button would be a great add
Me and my friend tried several apps before finalise which app we should use .. there was no other option than SHRED
