Love that gives a variety of workouts. Really keeps me on track. During COVID-19 also kept me motivated with the body weight workouts. I recommend this app to all of my friends!

If you want to actually get in shape, start using Shred. Since all of my workouts have to happen in my living room now (all I have are 2 sets of dumbbells), I’ve been trying out ALL of the online workouts. I’ve used Peloton for HIIT/strength classes and several others. Shred is BY FAR my favorite because it’s hard, it pushes you, and it whips you into shape. I can’t seem to get a really solid at-home workout in with any other app. THANK YOU SHRED!!!
I wish there was an audio to push me. It would make me work harder for what I want to achieve.
I have tried an immense amount of workout apps available for iOs and none has been even close in terms of quality, customization, and adaptability as Shred. Unlike almost everyone else in this market they have an extremely generous amount of cycling workouts with or without equipment for you to do within the free version and an added layer of even more quality and options if you decide to subscribe. Don’t even think twice if you’re tired of the schemes going around online that don’t help you get fit, Shred is the best app ever and the results will quickly be visible.
