One of the best workout apps

I love this app for it's flexible

Not for beginners

I’ve lost over forty pounds, would like to keep losing as I recover from a torn tendon. The app doesn’t ask for my age, my weight, or any of my limitations. First workout the app programs for me has exercises beyond my fitness level. No option to skip an exercise or replace with something I’m capable of. Deleted the app, will stick with the more flexible Fitbod.

Changing it up

This is a great way to get out of the same routine. And the shred workout at the end will kick your butt.

Everytime I open the app Error

I already like this app, I was just wandering around it earlier today and I was about to start working out the it kept showing me “Error(502)” plz just fix it so I can work out on you amazing app

A lot of bugs

Overall the workout regimes are great and the social aspect of the app makes it even Breyer but with all the bugs and having to reload the app each time is pretty annoying, hope they fix that issue soon.

Best App!

This app is incredible!! The fact that you can do all these amazing workouts for free! Also if you don’t understand how to do something it has a video that demonstrates what your suppose to do !
