It freezes and takes over 20 minutes to load your photos
Hair Color Change does not work
The Hair Color Change does not work. You cannot even select a new color no matter how many different selfies you make.
Getting worse with time!
Lensa use to offer you 3 free photos a day, now it’s only 1. They use to allow you to go back and edit the same photo, then re-save it. Now if you try to re-edit a photo that’s already been uploaded, a payment prompt will pop up asking you to subscribe to save the SAME photo. Really? You can hardly get anything done without them trying to scam you out of your money!

None of the avatars even looked close to the profile pictures that I uploaded
Seems like a waste of money, none of the avatars even looked like my wife at all. And then they make you buy a package of 100 photos, and then it automatically produces 100 photos of avatars. So you don’t get to choose any other style, save your money and go somewhere somewhere else
Got a subscription waste of money
Lets start with good, the app is simple, I aint an artist to my requirements are minimal, blur some stuff, erase some stuff and all of that pretty simple to use, you dont have to play around too much to understand any of that. That is really all what I use this app for and it does a good job of that, but if you are looking for precision(Which I do a lot of times) forgot about this and this app should be your last option. 1. You cant adjust the brush size, so you area always working with zero precision. 2. To get around that issue on my phone I though I will just download the app on my ipad and use the pencil, now its even worse because the ipad version is not even for ipad its just the phone app running on ipad so you still cant do anything with it. I will never pay for it again.
What Am I Paying For
What am I getting for the subscription fee? I still have to pay extra for avatar packs.
Beware this is a Fraud/Scam
I downloaded the app and tried to get the free 7 day trial and they tried to charge me $39.98 and now Apple says my apps won’t update until I pay for something that was supposed to be a free trial which I can’t unsubscribe from which I did by backing out and deleting the app. Will update review when contacted by developer/Apple
A hefty subscription price and also you pay for avatars??
I thought “okay, I’ll bite. It’s an expensive subscription, but in curious to try out the avatars because I make an annual family yearbook and thought it would be a fun spin. I have never paid an annual subscription, and then also had to pay for the functionality. If I could figure out how to cancel, I would do it right now but of course it’s not obvious.
