Best Wine Inventory Mgt App Available Today
I have used other apps for 9 years and there is no comparison. I have used Invintory for the past 18 months and I have found them to be incredibly responsive to individual’s needs. The app has excellent functionality and features. If you are looking for a wine cellar management solution that will continue to evolve and grow with you, this is it.
Hard to set up
Adding wine to my inventory wasn’t easy. Many bottle photos weren’t recognized as easily as other apps. Then you have to enter manually. Harder than I was hoping for.
Great app to track wines in cellar and market value
I have been using another app for 8 years and gave this one a try after seeing a friend use it a couple months ago. And now — I am transitioning from my old tracker to this one which allows me to evaluate most of the functionality and it is very impressive. The initial setup I exported my wine cellar information into the provided template and the transition was seamless — and happened within 24 hours of me submitting it - with no issues at all — along with the ease of access Locating the wines, along with the additional flexibility of adding my own custom fields make this app perfect! The great customer service, whereby suggestions or small issues encountered are addressed so quickly and professionally. The wine locator was easy to set up initially for my own specific needs. And an added benefit is the detailed listing of my collection of wines and the associated market value which makes it perfect for requirements of insuring the wine collection I have only been using this app a couple of months and continue to see improvements being incorporated into the app. The in transit function is one I love as it tracks purchases I have made and makes it easy to keep track of wines and the timing of delivery — without having to go back to emails and memory to recall what I have purchased If I do make suggestions for improvements they are reviewed and acted on quickly. This is the app I will continue to use and love the ability to use it on my phone, my laptop and or my ipad. Cheers —- and it makes it fun as wines that are shared with friends — it is so cool that they can go and easily find the wine where it is in the cellar using the locator — it is so cool! I highly recommend this app — the flexibility and continued growth in functions and the database ensures it will continue to be a the cellar tracker you will find perfect to handle your cellar — from a wine fridge to a large cellar and everything in between

Great app. Only bug is it sometimes doubles quantity when moving from in transit to in the cellar.
Updated Review: Simply Amazing
So when I first tried the app, close to a year ago, it was a nightmare. Their support team had to do most of the work for me and I basically abandoned the app. Well, we just moved into our new home and I have a new wine cellar that’s a really odd shape and I built the cellar in 3 minutes and started fresh rescanning all my bottles. Less than an hour later I had 130+ bottles scanned and organized in my cellar and my wife added as a collaborator. The scanning is a bit hit and miss but that’s fine because the database search is pretty solid. So happy I came back to the app and happy to be a paying supporter too. Great job to the team on getting everything buttoned up!
Free features are great
This is the best app I’ve tried for my wine collection. I love that I can add their approximate locations so it makes find them. And it’s great to have food pairings and drink windows for many (not all) of them. I may pay for premium at some point, but I think the free features are great for my use now.

Great App, even better customer service
A great app for keeping track of your wine cellars. Easy to use interface with the option to add wines not included. Customer service is very responsive and great as not all wines scan correctly or are in the database. Work with them to add wines and expand the database.

Amazing app!
Absolutely love this app! Must have for anyone with a large wine collection!!! I wish it would integrate into wine com and other online retailer to be able to order when inventory gets low!!
