The app is fine, but I want to cancel the auto renewal. I have been to AT&T and they were very surprised that I could not pull up app and simply cancel. The sent me to the Apple store and they too were surprised that I could simply cancel. They said I had to contact the ME app online. Well, I cannot find contact information. I have auto renewal coming up. At this point I plan to cancel my card. Any suggestions?
I’ve paid for a year subscription that expires in August 2020 but it will not allow me to deactivate the renewal. I’m looking for assistance with this.
Enjoying the app. Couple of questions, why does it not keep workouts from day to day? Also, would love to have this on the Apple Watch.
Beware! I also signed up unaware of the auto renew. I don’t even care about the year subscription money I lost, I just don’t want to have it automatically renew! It’s not easy to cancel and I can’t seem to get a response!! Make it easier to cancel!!!
It absolutely would not let me try even the free version it just kept pushing me to subscribe
This is not acceptable !!!!!! The app is not yet downloaded an you t Charged me $69 an change ....no way this app was free an you have it set to auto collect durning the set up you R a RIP OFF
Not able to change the subscription to another option for the same price. App didn’t allow for the person to make a choice. Also, the ability to make changes for a workout is very limited etc

Great app for a person in their 60’s
Doesn’t remember which workout I left off on. Sometimes it audible, sometimes it’s not. Too much money for the bugs
