Finally a place for my recipes that Accepts any recipe I enter, so I don’t need to recall the name of the publication I saw it in, seems to be very straight forward to entering recipes as I am certainly not that computer literate. I work on an apple so i don’t really know how to copy and paste and do things like that on this tablet. I can do it on Microsoft but don’t have my desktop in or near the kitchen so this tablet is easier in any case
The only recipe app I use!!! Organizes ALL of my recipes. I love It!!
They’ve worked out the glitches that were impacting my experience and I love this app again! Makes organizing my recipes so much easier!
I love this app! I was having issues with the app and the recipe box team solved the mystery! I recommend this app as there is a great team behind the scenes who are making sure all is running in tip top condition!
Tried to save a category and the app just gets stuck on ‘one moment please’ and have to close out. When reopen my changes are not there.
Perhaps because I’m using a free account, I am unable to sync between devices. Also, the website now duplicates every recipe each time I log in. So I have 6 copies of each recipe.
I use this app every day! One little thing I wish the developers would fix is the ability to copy-paste for the recipe's picture. For recipes you have to manually add, you have to screenshot, then edit and crop, save to photos, then go back to the recipe and then add from the photo library...too many steps when copy-paste would work. Other than that, it is GREAT!
I just downloaded this and have saved a couple of my favorite recipes. I am SO excited!! I haven’t actually “used” the app to its fullest yet but so far it looks to be exactly what I was looking for. A place to keep all of the recipes I love that can be accessed with the push of a button.... right at my fingertips, complete with a picture to easily identify! 🤗
I’ve used this app for a couple of months now, both on my phone and iPad, and I love it! my only ish (and the things keeping it from five stars) are that there are (in the current version) a couple bugs, and there are a couple quality-of-life updates I’d like to see: bugs: the main thing for me is that, if you import a recipe from a website (which is my primary method of adding recipes), the “notes” or “recipe description” section has a bug. every time I go to edit the details of the recipe, it pastes the original recipe description in that field again, so before long, the recipe description will just list a looong text box that contains the same text over and over. oof! updates: in the iPad app, it would be awesome to be able to scroll through the recipe without scrolling down the list of ingredients, and vice versa. or, it could be even cooler to be able to pin sections of ingredients to sections of a recipe, so the ingredients in, say, the pie crust you’re making only appear when you’re looking at the directions for making the pie crust, and the ingredients for the pie filling only appear when you’re looking at the directions for the pie filling. I’d also love to be able to do more RTF in editing recipes. if I’m outlining multiple sections of a recipe, basic RTF can make it way easier to discern one section from another.
This is the first and only recipe app for me. I love how easy it is to use. Adding manually or via URL is a cinch. I like the grocery list too. Very easy to use.
