Could be a great app with full version. Purchased the full version, app never updated or showed that I purchased the full version. Email developers twice. NO ANSWER, twice. And still 4 days later never gave me the full version.
I can’t believe I paid for this app. It’s clunky at best and doesn’t have access to name brand or even common low-sodium foods. It does offer custom-entered foods. I also bought the upgraded version thinking I would be able to search for certain foods in my diet. Nope. I was able to keep a food diary on a free app that I can search for the food I eat, choose the amount of servings and even scan bar codes to bring up foods - pre-packaged or fresh. So much faster and easier! MyFitnessPal’s free version makes this one obsolete.
Very disappointed wanted an app to calculate sodium intake without knowing the exact sodium amount from the item but you can’t look up brands or even choose an item from the category as simple as just choosing bread without paying for the full version also you can’t put exact sodium count they only have specific amounts you can choose from not worth the download
You have to add foods in oz or grams instead of just the number of units. Adding in an egg in oz or grams vs just 1 egg. Or slice of bread. I paid for the expanded version and it didn’t make it any easier.
Excellent sodium information, recipes and one week meal plan. It would be excellent if there were more recipes and meal plans. Thank you for the free app.
I use meal plans for ideas and the numbers to track my sodium use daily. It is a major help to my heart health!
Seriously the best app so far that you can track your daily intake on, works well. Really helpful tool for controls salt daily.
I think this is a good app, I can track my food, sodium tracker, etc. Way more services than just keeping record of your daily intake, it also helps you set goals and obviously accomplish them.
I used this app to track my meals and help me be accountable to my diet. Recommended for ease of navigation.
