New to this so i may not know all the in's and out's. my initial imoreesion is good but the inut of data is very laborious. time zones are a pain and dont stay but revert on every entry. Cruising iteneries are difficult. importing from emails seems to work fine. ill keep at it and see how it works out.

Great UI, poor customer service, limited free version

I downloaded this app to replace an aging app I’ve used for years. I contacted customer service (twice) to see if they offered a feature to import my old trips. I heard no response both times, but I signed up for pro anyways to give it a try. I like it, but the lacking customer service and limited free version basically giving you hardly anything without pro is a challenge to overcome. I can pay $5 a month for something I may use a few times a year and keep having that commitment, or, I can pick something that’s pretty well done for free, and possibly pay a-la-crate for extras. Having all my old trips stuck in an app that I cannot easily export the data from, and having to start from scratch with a paywall here just to break free, gives me an uneasy feeling. If the developer were more responsive and were to consider taking my request into consideration, i might have a better feeling that the commitment is there. Without that though, it’s hard to want to commit to a monthly or yearly subscription. I get that people and companies want to make money, but that money needs to be earned, and so far I’m still waiting. I hope it happens, I like this app and would be willing to commit if it truly were and all-inclusive data store for everything I want and had in the past. Thanks for your commitment, and i’ll keep an eye on this.

Too many bugs/problems

I want to like this app because it’s almost perfect but it keeps jumbling my itinerary out of chronological order. (defeating the purpose of the itinerary) also it won’t let me add any activities to the last day of my trip. I got 2 things added not it won’t let me add anything else. also the time zone feature is broken and just confuses everything.

Beautiful user experience, glaring missing parts?

I'm using Tripsy for three upcoming trips and dropping all the information into the visually appealing organizers in the app is helpful and clear. I especially love the map that auto-populates the locations so I can get a sense of if and how I can even get to some of the location goals I'm setting for myself. However, am I missing something? Because there is no packing list feature. There is no ability to bookmark a link within the app (just copy and paste into a document). There is no check-off list option, which I really need to keep track of all the things that need to be done prior to leaving. It would be so much better to have all of this under one umbrella with the app, but now I have to use a relatively clumsy folder system within the app that is just text-based, or use other apps that do these things better. Hopefully I'm missing these features or they'll soon be added. Fingers crossed. Otherwise, lovely to use!!

This app has nice planning features but unfortunately does not have a feature to export the details of your trip to pdf or email.

Good app, poor customer service, free version has limits

I downloaded this app and it functions well on an iPad. There are some improvements that could be made but it is better than Google Maps. If you would like to login on more than one device you must pay for a pro plan. Once you are logged in one one device the user will have met the limit for devices, and even when you log out of that device, you will not be able to login on another device without paying. Logging out of the other device doesn’t change the ability to login in to the other device. For that reason, I would advise to choose carefully the first device you use to log in to Tripsy. I used my iPad because I was home and it was easiest. However, even when I logged out of the iPad, I still could not get in to my account on the iPhone without purchasing a plant. I contacted customer care, and although various emails went back and forth it took about five days for them to tell me that the problem was I didn’t have a paid plan. if you only use one device this probably wouldn’t make a difference for you. Customer care definitely needs some improvement. I will update my review if I continue to use the app.

Decent app with some issues

3
I really enjoy this app, it’s well do e and designed. I however paid for premium and not all the premium features are working, specifically flight alerts. I’ve emailed the developer several times: first time there was a known issue, second time it seems issue was fixed but I was still experiencing it and the third time I have not received a response. Do flight alerts work for anyone else? I can’t renew premium until this is fixed. Thanks!

Features Supported on Mac Ventura Lacking

3
It seems this app is intended primarily for IOS and PAD OS many of the features promoted for those devices/operating systems seem unavailable on my Mac Studio runnning Ventura. Nice try but I'm diasappointed. Paid for Pro version but will abandon this as it does not work fluidly between my iPad and my Mac.
