Ok so I ordered the app for 3 months. I ordered it because I won’t to loose weight. So I tap the food button and they want more money. SMH. So my gyration now is how do I get my money back.
I should have thought this through a bit more. They ask you if you prefer gym or home. I selected home because that’s the most practical for me. I assumed they would be exercises that I wouldn’t need gym equipment for. It turns out, you do need gym equipment.
Lol you go through all the steps and put in your specifications and then it starts creating your workout plan and everything BUT DOES NOT GIVE IT TO YOU UNLESS YOU PAY FOR IT. This is NOT a free app. Beware.
I have been using the app for over a week now and I really like it a lot. It's clean and colourful interface makes me want to use it and the format helps you establish good habits without overloading yourself and not keeping up. The app has a wide range of workouts to work on different muscle groups, both stretches and cardio. Each workout shows a list of exercises, with clean sketches and links to short videos. There is also classification of full body workouts, six pack Abs, Arm, Chest Routine, legs and glutes. You would have to decide what you want or improve. During signup, i was asked about my goals - Lose weight, Gain strength etc and the workouts and nutrition plans (including recipes) are tailored accordingly. Thanks to this app I got interested in yoga :) This fact surprised me the most since I’ve never been into yoga before. In summary, I would encourage anyone to give this app a chance.
This app is only useful if your a lazy bum whose never moved. This app is such a scam they make all these work out promises and then you pay $40 for the program and it’s absolue TRASH. I am so mad. Such a waste of money. I tried to get a refund but nope. This app should be sued for false advertising
I bought the app to know that there will be much more to pay... also, I wanted a free trial but instead with one click, $40 was charged. Please refund me the money, I already sent 2 emails and have not heard back.
This app leads you to believe your about to subscribe to a workout/meal plan and once you commit financially they offer you a chance to pay more for the meal plan what a hustle very disappointed I’ll just create my own meal plan and I won’t re-subscribe no matter the results. I despise shady business practices and tricky advertising.
I was let down when i realized there is not a custom plan created from the data you provide. Instead a 25 yr old gets the exact same workout as a 45 yr old. They make you pay more just to access the meal plans. Overall dissatisfied.
Should have a free trial. Waste of a download
I never write reviews, especially long rants like this, but this app is so bad I felt that warning strangers is the ethical thing to do. This app is super wack! I have been doing the at-home muscle building program for over a week. The exercises are basic and boring; sit-ups and push-ups, wow I never would have thought of those. The work outs are unbalanced, only one back exercise and no biceps compared to push-ups and squats every day for example. There are also clear flaws in the program such as uneven numbers of sets. For instance, single leg lunges for 3 sets. So am I supposed to do one leg twice and the other leg once? It also has the same issue for side planks for 3 sets, and it tells you to do side planks, which are a static exercise, for 15 reps. Static exercises should be timed; how do you do reps of a hold? And to be sure I am not doing the exercise wrong there is a video of a guy doing a static hold. The program also jumps intensity in an unrealistic way. You start out doing 10 push-ups with 10 seconds rest between sets for 2 sets. A week later you are expected to do 6 sets of push-ups for 15 reps with no rest. Why break it into sets if there is no rest? That is just one long set. That is 90 straight push-ups. So I am expected to go from 10 to 90 push-ups in a row in one week? This app was clearly not thought through. They left big flaws in it, and I would be shocked if they consulted any personal trainers or fitness professionals when designing it. It appears to be made by people who have never worked out, solely to get your money. Don’t be fooled. This app stinks on ice. Find a different app or just find free work videos on Youtube like Fitness Blender or Chloe Ting. They are way better than this garbage. Or just get a book that has different exercises in it and make your own program. Or just Google work out programs. Anything but this. Trust me.
