The app is nothing that you cant find on youtube for free. And its expensive. If you ask for a refund nobody responds. Dont waste your time or money.
Don’t waste your money
Spent $120 on this app to have all features before even getting to use it because it had so many high reviews. Have had it for a total of 7 days and it has crashed no less than two times (in the middle of a workout) everyday. The diet plan is not conducive to a normal person’s refrigerator and the workouts are 90% made for home workouts, not outdoors or gym. Save your money, because you won’t get it back once you pay.
There is zero option to browse the functionality of the app without paying money. The moment you download the app you have to put in your desired goals, your age, weight and height and then they ask you to pay either monthly or yearly. Most apps give you a trial run to decide if you want to purchase. Even if for 7 days. I refuse to pay money for something I have no idea I will like to start with.
Not worth it. The workouts are good, but there so no structure. The app just provides a list of workout programs with no guidance on what order they should be completed.
So I signed up under the impression the food was included only to find a second subscription. You should really make that clear, or come up with a price to combine them. Workouts are good starters, but do not like being mislead.
Can you please cancel my subscription
The app has merits, for sure. The trouble is that most developers, like this one, have turned to subscription so we, the consumer, now have to choose between which apps are more necessary to our daily lives. Monthly subscriptions soon add up to a lot of money each month, especially when you’re on a tight budget, like me. So, this app just isn’t making it onto my priority list. It’s a shame because fitness and health are important. My gym membership is more valuable to me than an app. Combined they would be awesome but not at the price these guys are charging.
The impression given was that no equipment was necessary. Second lesson onwards requires equipment and not easily available equipment that one could find an alternative household item as a substitute. I am following along as best I can but have cancelled any future subscription.
Whole reason I bought this app was bc it lead me to think it gave you a workout routine and meal plan to do from home, except once you pay a ton of money for it they basically tell you the meal plan is extra and hand you a hodgepodge of miscellaneous, unstructured workouts that you can’t even do without a gym anyway. I should have known better than to actually pay for anything off of the apple store. Every time they scam me somehow
