It took me a couple of trials to decide to make tapping a part of my daily routine. The first time around, I was hopeful, but uncertain. I immediately noticed a difference, but for some reason I was resistant to continue. Fast forward two years....feeling a lot of stress and anxiety, I decided it was time to jump in and make this a consistent practice. One of the very best decisions I have made regarding my emotional well being. Daily tapping has literally changed my life! It seems hard to believe that such a simple practice can bring such joy and peace to my brain that was in overdrive with worry. All that worry was also draining my energy. With tapping, I have become more energetic, confident and calm...a much more beautiful way to move through each day. For any doubters, all I can say is Tapping Works! Thank you to the Ortners for so generously sharing their knowledge and passion with the world!🙏🌎💕
The app is so useful to recalibrate my entire being - right here, right now! I so appreciate being able to easily and quickly get back on track any time I slide into old habits or get triggered by outside influences. I have it on my phone and computer so it’s easy to take a few minutes to tap and ensure I have a great day!
I wish there was an option to be guided through the tapping without the words. There are some music only options but those don’t offer any tapping guidance- I totally did not understand the point of that. I was hoping to just turn my sound off on the other guided tapping meditations, but that doesn’t work. And very few short offerings- I would have liked more options around the 5 minute mark. Disappointed. Not going to be paying to keep the app.
There is nothing wrong with this product. I am still exploring if this is better for me than strict meditation of several methods. I think it may be.

I do them every day. Cannot wait to get to them each day. Many of the exercises remind me of a great sermon...they are talking directly to me!
This app helps me to meditate and reflect back on all the negative things in my life and reframe it to a more positive outlook, outcome, and healthier me! I recommend it to anyone searching for an additional supplement to evolve into a higher consciousness and to be present. Tap away!
I have found that tapping is a great way to relax when nothing else works
I have only used this tapping app for about a week but i can tellyou it helps with my stress and anxiety. My favorites are the tapping with meditation. I feel so at ease after completing one of these sessions.
