I was suspicious of any of these apps and signed up and discarded a few before this app. I find it incredibly easy to follow and plan to use it for many years.
This app has tons of information that is interesting and helpful for everyone even if you’re not following. If you are looking for an app that’s user friendly on your weight loss journey, this is app will definitely have you light.
I started Keto October 1st today is the 23rd and I’ve lost 12lb my goal is 20. However the weight loss is not my favorite part of Keto it is how much it has helped with my inflammation and the pain in my hands. It has also increased my energy “a whole lot”. I did initially have Keto flu symptoms but only for a few days. Good luck and great success...
The Keto app is fine. It’s the Keto diet can not fit it into my life style. Husband gave that style of eating a thumbs down. Sorry
This app has helped me keep up with his many carbs I can eat. And helps me set my goals. Anyone on a keto diet should use this with your goals.
This app is okay but I’m not very happy with how it doesn’t remember all the things you have eaten after a long time after you eat them plus it doesn’t scan everything! Other than that it does help in tracking your crabs .
I am still learning to navigate the app. Once I get this down it should be a snap and then I expect my rating to be hig ppl
This has been a wonderful tool to help me choose and track exactly what I’m eating. The helpful tips and other features have also helped me navigate through a keto plan.
This app is the best. I have done keto on and off and used other apps, and usually end up giving up because I hate having to figure it all out. This app does all the work I hate doing and I have kept up with my keto. The only thing I would suggest is to NOT have to record weight every day. The scale is a liar for the most part, and I only like to weigh myself every couple of weeks. What would be a nice addition to the app would be a place to keep my body measurements as most people prefer that method of tracking in keto. A place where you can do your weight, bust, mid-section/hips and thighs.
