This app is IMPOSIBLE TO REMOVE ONCE INSTALLED

I was happy to get a VPN. But now my iphone COMPLETELY stops working when ever this app decides. It is the MOST FRUSTRATING feeling for nothing to work and after hours of thinking that there is something wrong with my phone to realize that this PAID APP is the culprit! I want it out of my iphone- completely! but i don’t seem to be able to do that!!!!!! ugh!

I constantly have problems staying connected with Surfshark. I’ve tried it for 2 months and I’m ready to give up. Never had these problems with a different VPN.

Doesn’t work and refuse to refund. please tell every American credit card it’s a fraud account and stop them from charging any Swift system credit card globally.

Causes our phones and computers not to work

We live on the Caribbean side of Mexico. Too often when we have Surf Shark on and we try to use our phone/laptops for calls, internet searching, or zoom calls…and it doesn’t work. We have to disable the VPN and then everything runs smoothly. Very frustrating when the reason why we got Surf Shark was for protection while we are doing all those things.

Doesn’t work

All right… this production has been completely down since Sep 15th including the extra charged dedicated IP service. Non location works in China so far.

Constantly jamming my phone

This VPN makes some Apps impossible to use. I “disconnect” but then have to go to Settings VPN and disconnect. Often I have to even “Shut down” & restart the phone.
