The customer service is so bad that it doesn’t even deserve one star. Then it comes the problem with both iOS apps not accepting my password, and the website on Mac book pro. The chat doesn’t work for most time. Although, I was entering the correct password, their system kept rejecting it. So I tried to reset it, but when I click the link they sent me, it was taking me nowhere but a page with their promotions to sell and downloading link. After waiting a long long time finally, a not so friendly person came to chat. I asked him to cancel my account, but he ignored it and gave me a password, without taking the time sending the password to me via email as well. Then he quit the chat and I lost the password. I tried to find some someone to chat again waited for hours, but nothing happened! So, I tried to change my password again on Mac, they send me a link and I succeeded to Chang it and received confirmation email. However, when I tried to login and download the app, I got in a loop, each time it was asking me to login, and it would take me to another page, but would not allow me to download. I spent several hours without being able to find someone to help. The chat button is a gimmick. It is un believable that a company like this can survive. I am closing my account, and moving to another company.
For the longest time, I had absolutely no connection issues. After this latest update, Surfshark disconnects constantly and I have to manually open the app and try to reconnect.
Not a bad vpn..but when you turn on the clean web switch.some websites get blocked..and then I wish there was a favorites list for servers it’s too hard to try and make a favorite without turning it on by mistake. thanks
I’m not sure what changed with this app. I used to have an iPhone 7 Plus and it worked well enough not perfect but decent enough but ever since I upgraded to an iPhone 12 promax the app just doesn’t work I can’t use my VPN on my phone at all and now they are telling me the problem is with my wifi but it works fine on my PC and other wifi devices. I’d hate to stop using surfshark but it may be time to get a new vpn once my membership expires this year. Just know as of right now if your phone or device uses IPv6 exclusively this is a waste of money to you.
I think it’s ridiculous that companies especially developers are not posting real patch notes when releasing updates also connectivity issues like crazy very bad support not very knowledgeable things along those lines.
Without a doubt price drew to this vpn as I’ve used several others. All in all works pretty well! Fastest server feature rarely connects to fastest server for me; I do way better selecting my own! And the inability to configure port- forwarding is quite frustrating. By far not the best vpn I’ve used but in no means is it even close to the worst- hopefully future updates will bring a few needed tweaks.
Before update to 2.14, I can connect easily, though sometime speed is not satisfied. After I update new version yesterday, even indicate my iPhone has connected VPN, but I can not visit youtube or twitter anymore🤬🤬🤬
Tried out in order to watch some content that was geoblocked. But I was still not able to view the content. The proxy was detected. Might work for other websites but didn’t do the trick for me.

Has worked really well so far, but the past couple of days, every time I connect to a server, it disconnects within 10 seconds, and automatically reconnects after a few moments, to a different IP address; Which kinda screws up whatever I’m working on
