Great app but needs more programs

I’ve been using this app for a while and I absolutely love it. It’s great for getting in a habit and sticking to it. I just wish they would add more programs from time to time. I’ve had the program for a few years and I feel like they rarely add new plans, unless I am missing them. If they add a bit more I would definitely rate this program 5 stars.

Best app with largest number of workout plans

Other apps have only a few workouts, but BodyFit has 1000s. I’ve been training with this app for years and see constant improvement in my results, and have recommended this to friends that also are seeing results. Great to see the new improvements to the app!

Hey! I love the app! Absolutely wonderful. I think it could be beneficial if there was a way to go back and update/complete a workout. There have been several times I accidentally clicked skip workout at the end of my workout and I can’t go back and “re-do” or update the workout to show that I’m still doing it or completed it. There is an update option but it doesn’t seem to actually do anything. It just brings me back to the monthly view and doesn’t actually let me do anything with that particular workout.

Good product, needs small adjustments

Tons and tons and tons of program plans. Basically like having a personal trainer. Few problems I have: first, I have a home gym so I can do everything except for big machines. Most leg days have the traditional extension and curl. It would be nice if there was a way to swap out exercises Secondly, not everyday do I have time to run 5 sets, maybe I can only get to 4. It would be nice if I could delete the 5 and make it 4 especially on compound set stuff. Finally would be perfect if they just let you do a bit more editing with their plans!

Pretty good app

I like the variety and availability of different workouts. There does seem to be a bug regarding exercises that are one side then the other (like single-arm dumbbell rows) where the history is not available - hard to see what I used last time for weight.

Your apps needs cleaned up badly

I have used BodySpace/BodyFit for awhile not. They’re great apps. But, why is there 3 apps for the same things. There is BodySpace/BodyFit/ (and a store app) like just make one app instead of three? Now as in what app to use? BODYSPACE, not bodyfit. They do the same exact thing but bodyspace gives useful data. Show you what you lifted last week if you forgot. As well as showing previous lifts data from the same lift. Shows one rep max. Useful data that you need while lifting to calculate if you should increase/decease weight. Also while storing all this data. Bodyfit tracks the lifts but doesn’t really even store it. Doesn’t even transfer it to the website so it’s literally a waste of time putting your data in there. I don’t know how much of a waste I’ve put into this app and can even go back and see how much I lifted. All in all, do not download bodyfit and download bodyspace to track your workouts.

Almost great, but consistent issues

The only thing I would change about this app is to have the ability to swap exercises when they’re in supersets. I know we can swap exercises in general, but when there’s a superset we’re stuck. I’m my semi-limited home gym I often need to swap exercises but I can’t do that when I get to a superset in any given program. I also VERY FREQUENTLY run into an error saving workouts and it lasts for days! I can’t move on to the next workout in a program because the app won’t save my completed workout! “There was an error saving your workout! Don’t worry though, we saved a local copy so you can save it later.” I have no idea what that means. I do know that it keeps me stuck with an unsaved workout in my program so I can’t move on to the next one! Nothing fixes it. Doesn’t matter if it restart the app or my whole phone altogether—I’m still always stuck with this stupid “error”.
