Let me start out by saying the videos and workout plans are way worth the price. Prior to covid I would pay about $1,500 for 20 personal training sessions with a master trainer at 24hr fitness. The videos and trining programs on here out beat what I was doing with 24hrs fitness. However, since we now live in an app based lifestyle and you have to pay for the app, it would be greatly beneficial if the developers would integrate their workouts with other apps like “My Fitness Pal” by Under Amour to track my calories and protein intake since that app does great at keeping track of it. Also, there is no place to track what weights you used or the number of reps for each exercise. It would be great to be able to track if you’re getting stronger or know if you’re at the same weight and go on from there. Over all, it’s a very good app and it’s way worth the cost but much improvement is needed.
Very good and easy to followed
The app is great, I’d love to see my next set in my workout on my watch.
Add an effort scaling to cardio like exercises,e.g., Jim Stoppani shortcut to shred. Also, add a between Set timer clock that is automatic.
This application is garbage.
I just purchased and I can’t sign in.
Easy to use programs with video instruction if needed I like the fact that I can read through each instruction or watch it along with supplements when there’s equipment not available. Finally I can get back on track with needed guidance.
Awesome app great work out helps keep you on the right track
This is the newer cost version of BodySpace. BodySpace was amazing - a library of 6,000+ workout plans & exercise routines you could customize to fit your needs and expectations free to the public. Now, BodyFit requires a steep annual fee and includes far fewer, less customizable plans. The marketing aspects are a bit more polished, but comes off as a sponsorship cash-grab. Coincidentally, BodySpace no longer works at all - unsure why it’s available for download in the App Store if it was discontinued. Glitches/Bugs: Constantly having to delete my data for this app to get it to work. Sometimes it tries to get me to resubscribe saying that I haven’t already paid my membership fees. Other times, it just crashes, shuts down, or has endless loading screens. Highly disappointing transition from the original overall. Although the new one comes with a diet & supplements plan, each plan varies depending on what products are included in that trainer’s sponsorship. More internet pollution instead of genuine access to solid information. :/ Evidently providing an efficient and free/low-cost database to improve the public’s overall fitness & health is once again not as important as making a quick buck. Look elsewhere. Nike, under armor, and other fitness apps may be more reliable and have a wider array of micros-macros & calorie-burning tracking features included in a comparable cost —> better value.
Great f- ing App for those who have home gyms and don’t fell like being around people and waiting on gym equipment, hit it and hit it strong ....................:::
