Needs Watch App & Health Integration

I’d give this a 5 for content, 4 for the app itself. The app is very stable and I never have an issue with it - kudos to the engineering & QA teams for their effort. There are a few features it should have to make it a 5: Integration with Apple Health - why not just read my weight & body fat from my smart scale that records to Health? Apple Watch app - be great to do a workout and have it record to the Workout app Videos in landscape mode - I rotate my phone but still get the portrait mode, ugh Customizable rest timer - some plans use talk about different rest periods between sets but it looks like there is just a global setting Same exercise between two programs with different names & history - some of the programs prepend a prefix to the exercise name, most likely due to some programs have their own videos for the exercises, but the history should be applied to both Offline functionality for airplane mode weekends - I like to take breaks from always being connected and I’m not able to do that There are other apps that have the Apple Health integration & watch app, but they lack the content of the BodyFit app.

Fake free trial

I signed up thinking I was getting a 7 day free trial but was charged the monthly fee the next day, very upset

Need some fixing

Good app but can’t figure out how to keep it locked on screen like 5x5 workout app does. Also, notification doesn’t go over music 100% of the time which I can’t figure out.

App doesn’t load workouts

For some reason, on a random basis the workouts don’t show up why I try to track them. I can see the description but no thumbnail and when I click on the workout, it doesn’t give me any option to input weights and reps.

Rest Day/Workouts Not Being Tracked

This app is seamless and straightforward when it comes to making a plan and sticking to it. I am fortune enough to have a majority of the equipment necessary to perform nearly all exercises asked for in each plan, which is great. However.. This has happened multiple times over, particularly in Jim Stoppani’s 6-weeks to Shred and the Alpha Men workout, where my workouts simply wont be logged onto the calendar after I’ve fully completed the workout. I’ve tried restarting the app and re-logging all the weights and reps again, but it still won’t appear. I’ve also tried to visit the website itself and track it there, but to no avail. This app’s failure to log my workouts after consistent attempts is making it difficult to track my efforts, and can sabotage my progress in the future because I won’t be able to remember every single weight I’ve lifted as time goes on when I’m trying to do progressive overload. If there are workarounds or fixes done to this app, I’d be thrilled to give 5 stars, but this hassle of failure to record my progress is detrimental to me.

Where is the DELETE button on WARMUP SETS?

As a service point app, it’s great, because it connects you to you paid Subscription service where you can see your “Workout Routine”. But as an individual workout App, it lacks features and functionality. I have not been able to find the DELETE button on the Warmup Sets. And it’s very easy to confuse warmup sets with the normal sets, which DO have an X for deleting sets. Other than that, it’s ok.

Fantastic App...What About Apple Watch?

This is literally the first review I have ever written for an app. I can’t say enough good things about this program. There are workouts to benefit anyone at any level, I really appreciate the short video demos for obscure exercises, and it really just makes lifting something I look forward to. One question - is there an Apple Watch companion app on the way? Thanks so much for this fantastic app!

Not a fan. I got a month subscription last week. I did a full week on the Rewired workout. Today, I started the second week and none of my weights or rep info carried over. I had to swipe and tap four times to find the numbers. Sounds trivial but I need that info to make gains. Also, Rewired is a workout of supersets with little rest. Stopping to go searching for how much weight I used last time threw off my rhythm and dropped my HR high rep. What is the point of logging the info if it isn’t readily available when you need it?

Getting fit quick!

Using this program has been nice for finding new ways to work my muscles and my favorite is the cardio options in between strength exercises- now a staple of my workouts! Being a strength trainer and a woman I do sometimes struggle to find a nice shaping workout for curves, but I have other programs for the booty day workout. Great for me, lots of programs to choose from too.
