Great app but needs adjustments

Need to have the option to make adjustments to the routines. Not all gyms have equipment on the plans and need to make adjustments but can’t swap out the routine.

Fine but has many bugs

Is there a reason it will say how long your rest is between sets and then the timer (that you cannot change) will almost never be the same as the suggested rest?

Great app, but missing...

This is a great app that I have been using for awhile now. The only thing missing is an app for Apple watch. That would allow me to workout without having to carry my phone. Please release one!!

Great App

This app hits all the marks for me. I love it because it allows me to track me progress digitally, access the workouts and historical data from any mobile access device, and includes nutrition plans to go along with e exercise routines. I also like the fact that there are free weight, machine, and weightless workout plans to fit any situation that I need. Great tool, decent price.
