The perfect workouts for when I need something quick and effective. All the coaches are amazing and I love the music too
But I LOVE this!
The app wasn’t bad when I was in my free trail, so I paid for 3 months. Now I’m pretty disappointed with it. The audio/video fall out of line daily. The workouts you have previously done disappear after the week and you can’t find them again. This would be fine if they had a larger assortment of workouts but they don’t. I doubt I will be paying for any more time after my 3 months is up.
I love the workouts but there are not enough. When i first started i liked the 10 minute workouts but now they aren’t long enough. I’ve been cycling through the same hard and medium 20-30 minute workouts for the past several months and there’s only about 10. The ‘new’ workouts are not always new. I’ve had to find other exercise apps/videos for new workouts.
Overall, I like the app. The workouts are good at different levels and great for someone who doesn’t have much time. When it says 10 minutes, the whole thing is actually 10 minutes (not 10 minutes plus warm up and cool down). With two kids under 3 at home and full time telework, 10 minutes is all I’ve got for fitness these days! That said I wish there were a few more short workout options. Also as of May 5,2020, the data isn’t recording properly in Apple Health. Workouts are recorded but for only 10 seconds duration. It used to work correctly. Maybe a bug in an update? Please fix!
Hate to go to the gym and don’t like to excercise but this makes so easy enjoyable and effective!
I have tried to use the workouts on this app. I download them to my device. Almost every time there is some kind of glitch. The most recent one is that I received a text message and then the coach audio on the app dropped out. I could still hear the music but not the coach. And there’s no way to “reset” without starting the workout all over. You can’t close the workout, open it again, and scrub to where you left off! I had to follow the written instructions using another gym timer app. I will not be renewing. 2 stars, not 1, because I really like the workouts.
HIIT integrates extremely well into the other fitness programs I do weekly. Great variety and intensity levels! Definitely worth it for me!
You cannot email from the app, even though there is a “contact us” option. It will say “can’t email from this device” (iPhone). Also, the workouts cannot be displayed to the tv or a larger screen, an option used with iPhone on YouTube and other applications.
I’m pretty athletic, and the first two workouts had me breathing deeply! I hope there are many workouts included with this subscription! So far, I’m hooked after two workouts! ..... I’ve now had the app for over a month and am impressed with the different workouts provided, which was an original concern of mine. I love that it tracks all your workouts so you can go back and see which ones burned the most calories to rock them out again! Awesome music! Great trainers that keep you pushing! I wish this app had a feature that would allow me to watch it on my TV. I can only Bluetooth it to my surround sound. Other than that, I’m in love with working out because of this app! After a year, I have worked all the workouts. I absolutely love working out with the trainers, but I’m ready for new 30 minute videos!
