I’m not one to go for celebrity type apps. A friend told me about this app and was enthusiastic enough about that I downloaded it. I have been very happy with it. It’s balanced, solid, interesting, and motivating. Worth the monthly fee.
This app has hundreds and hundreds of exercises, meal plans targeted towards different diets, blogs, and more. It is SO worth it for the price. Highly recommend if you are needing motivation to start working out and getting into shape.
I am not able to go beyond the subscription screen.
The new update is great the only problem is with the new update is that it’s causing problems with the shopping list. I add a single serving for breakfast lunch and dinner and the amount of ingredients its asking is beyond the limit. I get crazy amounts like 7lbs for a simple salmon taco dinner or a 1lb of rolled oats for a single serving of protein shake. Please fix this ASAP thank you.
A lot of workouts doesn’t have instructions. Sometimes I’m just not sure if I’m doing it right.
This app is great, unfortunately I had to give it 3 stars. Downloaded it and my measurements for some of the recipes are very off. I’ve never had 14lbg of yeast for a recipe. Looked at the shopping list and it says to get 8 ounces of yeast. So I got curious and looked up a website for my cranberry pistachio hot cross buns and found out I only needed 1 teaspoon! This is a huge bug problem all throughout the app. It’s not even using Fahrenheit it’s giving me Celsius measurements now. Please fix it! I love using this app!
this app has helped me so much mentally and physically. i feel so much better. thank you
This is a great app however the shopping list is messed up on the imperial scale
I’m tired of apps advertising that they are free, when they are in fact PAID APPS, offering a limited time FREE TRIAL instead. It’s false advertising and the apps should be up front about the cost before you decide to download.
I used to be in very good shape. That was until serious sports injuries and the freshman 30 happened at college. After many attempts at failing to lose weight and to change my unhealthy lifestyle, Centr has felt the most at home to me. It’s not cheesy like Beachbody, which is a huge plus. The recipes are great, and the workouts are hard. It provides you a framework to change the way you live your life, but also doesn’t punish you for doing things your way occasionally. Yes, shopping for some of the ingredients can be expensive, but if your only shopping for yourself it’s actually inexpensive if you’re smart shopper. My girlfriend is allergic to nuts and shellfish, so I just try to have at least one planned meal from every day on Centr, and then I eat things that I know are healthy and something that she can have that won’t kill her. I don’t expect her to eat what I’m eating from this app, so there has to be some compromise so our grocery bill doesn’t get too high. For couples that aren’t both in on this, that approach would probably make the most sense. There hasn’t been a single thing I’ve made from this app and have said “well that’s gross”, everything I’ve had so far is real good. It’s an easy to use app, that provides life advice, great food recipes, exercises for all levels that will make you sore (but still doable), and gives you a chance to rethink your philosophy on your lifestyle.
