I was 150 lbs and struggling to maintain that weight before I downloaded the app. With the app I was able to get my nutrition and workouts organized and now I’m 180 pounds. This is a great app.
It works well and I like the workouts and several recipes. The scheduler helps a lot! However, I cannot cast the self-guided workouts to my TV. Following a small screen while working out is challenging for me.
BEST APP EVER! Professional trained workouts for goals of all kinds (weight loss, muscle gain etc.) yoga, Pilates, HIIT, oh an gives you breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes 7 days a week so no more “what do you want?” Can’t refer this app enough
I’ve always been a gym rat all weights all the time but that system totally went against the grain of my hobby sports like wakeboarding and mountain biking. In Centr, I found a functional workout with Ashley and Luke that better prepared my body for the sports I love. Highly recommend
I’ve been using this app now for other a year and a half and still loving it. I have learned a lot about so many more work outs. And it’s only getting better!

I’ve been using Centr for over a year and thought it was time to do another review. I regard the Centr Program as a must have. To have workouts, meals, snacks and other educational info at my fingertips has been terrific. I work from home now and needed a program that would work in a small space and Centr exceeded my expectations. I liked the choice of trainers and training routines, though after a year I have picked the trainers I like the best and work the best for the type of training I enjoy the most. After sitting too much during the initial stages of the pandemic I had packed on those dreaded pounds that became increasingly difficult to lose. So the program provided the incentive to try different workouts, HIIT , Functional Training, Boxing, MMA, Pilates and Weights. Features and blogs were full of useful information that made it even easier to stick with the program. So after a year we lead a healthy lifestyle, weight is down, started running again 4 miles - 4x a week, and Rulk’s Functional Training is still an unbelievable challenge. We unfortunately had a breakthrough COVID infection a couple months ago though still feeling fatigued. I credit the Centr Program with helping with those lingering symptoms. Is it worth the cost, yes without a doubt. I’ve tried different programs and never liked them well enough to keep up with them. This strikes just the right chord and it is well worth a try.
This app has almost instantaneously had a positive impact on my life. The holistic nature of everything from diversified workouts, to meditations, and healthy meal plans makes this an amazing personal health tool. My only cut is that the meals they suggest often come with a hefty grocery bill. The meals are typically pretty easy to make but will break your budget if you’re not careful. Other than that they do an incredible job of offering something for everyone, and the trainers are absolute legends.
Apart from being a great app for working out. This team is highly responsive and fixed a bug I was dealing with.
Keeps me motivated and on schedule with the timers. Wish there were alternative movements for home gyms owners that don’t have all the necessary equipment. Still loving it and getting great results though!
