Absolutely love the Unleashed program so far. However, I find the recipes for meals to take too long and too many ingredients for the amount of time that I have in my life, but that might just be a personal problem. It would be nice to have “express” recipes! Use instapot, crockpot, etc. Absolutely love Luke and Ashley so much 💛
The workouts are engaging and definitely worth it, however not being able to use it in landscape mode on an iPad is disappointing. Videos are small unless projected on a tv.
I am on the second of the 6 week long centr6 workout. Overall, this app has a lot of potential but I wouldn’t recommend it. 1) Workouts: the workouts run three trainers showing beginner, intermediate and advanced movements at the same time which is pretty cool. The biggest issue on this is the frequency of mistakes where intermediate and advanced end up doing the same thing is excessive. Second, you cannot tell the application what equipment you have. Finally, the workouts are pre-recorded where they do 1 set of 6 and the remaining 5 are minor poor voiceovers. 2) App support: not responsive, I messaged them on the first week using the app and on week two I’ve not yet received a response. 3) Planner: not very straight forward to use and frustrating at times with a big lack of customization. 4) Meals: honestly, probably the best feature of the app, the meals are very good, high quality and easy to do 5) Chris: you barely get to see him using the app, it’s more like a marketing tool to attract you but his involvement seems very minor.
I tried this for a month and loved the workouts and trainers. However, I don’t find that this program is right for beginners at all. The only program offered for beginners would be Centr 6. The other workouts and plans are challenging for someone just starting to workout. Luke is definitely my favorite and the best trainer, but his workouts are challenging. I had double hip replacement surgery a year ago and am working on getting back in shape and just could not complete his workouts. I will join Centr again once I have completed other workout programs which allow me to complete his workouts. I look forward to trying this program down the road once I am in better shape.
I was charged an annual fee after the 7days instead of being asked if I wanted to pay monthly. Responding to the comment below: yes, I understand you display the subscription rates but where does it say at the end of the 7 days, if the subscription was not canceled, you would be charge for 1 year?
Beware. I had problems cancelling and Centr kept charging me even though I repeatedly told them I wanted to cancel but the system wasn’t letting me do it myself. They kept charging me and refused to issue a refund, even though they could see I had never logged in beyond the trial.
Im really enjoying this app. It's just garbage on an iPad. I can't get the videos to change to landscape mode. also no Chromecast.
How can you figure out an App in 7 days ? Bad marketing, not good, looks too greedy...
Uninspired is the word for this program. The workouts show you a few quick exercises then just repeat them with bored sounding voice overs. There’s no energy or camaraderie among the trainers. Plus my app froze. Definitely going beyond the free trial
Workouts are boring and repetitive. You realize after a few workouts, it’s not worth it. They make it hard to cancel and they won’t give your money back even during a pandemic. It’s a scam. Don’t even bother. Maybe if you just want the recipes. They even tried to charge me after I canceled. Make sure you get an email of them telling you that you are officially canceled.
