Do not download the application, it did not work for me and I deleted it from my phone and after a few days they charged me as if I were using it

Absolutely useless!

I downloaded this app to transcribe phone calls and tested it out with a friend. My friend has a Samsung galaxy s9 and when he calls me it shows call on hold, call retrieved and conference call. So if ur looking to do the recording privately this isn’t the app for you. When making outgoing calls it seems to work as it should. After recording a couple calls back and forth I went to listen to them to see how the sound was there was no sound at all on any of the recordings. I fallowed the instructions step by step so I didn’t make a mistake and no sound came from the recordings. On top of all that when calling or connecting the call it takes a long period of time to beep( like a voicemail) to start recording.

Urgent or I have to cancel subscription

I can’t hear any of the call recording incoming or outgoing. Please reach me at 914-217-8983 to resolve this matter or I have to get my money back and cancel the subscription.

Terrible customer service

The recorder takes too long to start recording on my end and sometimes doesn’t even record. I have contacted customer service numerous times and no one responds. Not worth the time, money, or energy

Would rate 0 out of 5 if possible, first time opening the app and it wouldn’t let me close off of the “three days free trial” screen without it being up another one and then continuing to loop to each other until 8-10 minutes was up :/
