It says records every call but you actually have to add a call then call the assigned number and then merge that call in to actual call. Yeah that’s easy and secretive. Pass
I sent an account cancel request on june 16th. I was just charged for another months service after send a request for my account to be canceled. Not cool guys not cool.
This is absolutely ridiculous.. you won’t be able to cancel and the APP is terrible

THEN WHEN I GO TO TAP ON CONTACT US IT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING THEIR IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING ANYBODY SO I CAN FIND OUT WHY IT DOES NOT WORK THEREFORE IF THERE ARE ANY CHARGES ON MY CARD AFTER THE SO CALLED 3 DAY FREE TRIAL I WILL FILE FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!! It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t been able to cancel my payments. I have no idea how this app is still available on the store. Don’t download this app! The support number is fake and your emails will not get read.
It works, but when I didn’t need it any more and sent an email asking to cancel there was no response. Just another withdrawal from my account. I sent two more emails and two more months were charged. So I called the phone number on my statement and it just played a recording that said this was a nonworking number, and I should call Dell at another number. I called the other number and they didn’t know anything about this. Sounds like a scam. And I am still paying.
STAY AWAY from this app. It’s not free to use and once you sign up for the trial there is no option to stop the automatic renewal of the subscription— so they keep charging. I’ve contacted customer care 3 times and not gotten any reply. I’ll have to talk to my bank and iTunes to stop this. STAY AWAY from this app.
