The web site, on a non-mobile device, is great. Unfortunately, the application is terrible. It’s an iPhone-only application (no iPad or universal version) and the hit zones on the UI are just unusable small. So no big deal, I thought, happy to throw the developer $3 for the application and just use the web page instead. Except the web site refuses to actually work once it detects mobile safari and forces you to use the application, which is dreadful. So I’ll keep looking for something else to do my MHW theorycrafting on the go. Maybe it’ll improve someday... The main thing that needs fixing is to actually resize the controls, they are way too small. A universal application with an iPad layout would also help a lot. At the very least, make it so the web site allows you to use it from iOS rather than becoming nonfunctional and forcing you to install the application.
I am adding to this review because the developer is hearing the feedback and acting quickly to improve and enhance the app. It is useful to try and figure out just the right setup to take on your favorite monster me. If he keeps up the rapid improvements this could end up be ng one if the best game assist apps out there. Old review: Does not scale right for iPhone X. No good way to find what all the small icons mean when you are try’s by to build a set. Saving set is flakey and on and on and on.
