I tried contact the developer and guess what The email is fraudulent I paid for the full year they took my money and a few weeks later I didn’t have access to the app and as hilarious as it sounds it does recognize my email address 🤨 Terrible service
This app is garbage. If you don’t want to spend hundreds do not down load.
Good workouts but wish you would add cast functionality, hard to follow sometimes when you have to look down on your phone screen all the time.
Then you can’t get a hold of them. Because they charge you within 24’hrs so you can’t stop the charges from going through. What a scam!!! I want my money back NOW! I reported to Apple and will continue to review everywhere until my money is credited.
“Free to download but payment required for any function” is borderline unethical and shouldn’t even be allowed by the app stores.
Do yourself a favor and choose another app. This app is constantly having issues and when trying to message technical support they are not only passive but not helpful at all. This is supposed to help relax you but only frustrates you. It always skips the next step and never lets you finish it completely. It doesn’t keep track of your accomplishments and you’re always having to go back to reduce it to count it and even then it still has issues. It’s easy to follow as far as technique but the technology of is needs a lot of work. Wish I would’ve done the month instead of the three month. Waste of money!
I’ve downloaded the app and when I try to create an account, it gets held up on a spinning wheel (processing/loader indicator). I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading, but for the same result. (iPhone user)
I just purchased! Why doesn’t it show my plan or anything. I’m trying to create an account but it stops when I get to the payment. I already purchased and it keeps taking me there! Fix it please! So frustrating!
I have to cancel my payment. I loaded the app and signed on on my iphone. I then loaded and tried to sign in on my iPad. Told me the email wasn’t registered. I then tried to send an email to app support using my phone. The email form popped up but totally froze the phone. I had to reboot the phone totally. I also used Family sharing to invite my daughter. She was prompted to pay. Please fix all this.
I bought the sub from last April then updated it today and can’t login in.
