Beware
It would be easy for this company to provide a reminder for billing. They don’t offer it, now I’m on the hook for $45. The app is too cumbersome and does not allow for a smooth yoga practice. Customer service is not helpful. Don’t waste your money.
Work app
First thing I was directed to is to pick my gender male/female/non-binery. How can you direct/track what someone’s body needs to do if you treat women and men the same? Download and deleted the app within 5 mins.
Fresh start
This is a wonderful feeling that yoga is giving me.
Bots & Bad Music
Be prepared to be far to quickly led through yoga poses by the jarring voice of a BOT accompanied by the digital recreation of a person with the backdrop of terrible, unsettling digital music. A very distracting & strange experience in which it is nearly impossible to focus & enjoy the movement or moment.

Music too Loud
I’m doing the chair yoga and I like the poses and pace. However, the music is so loud it drowns out the voice instructions. It would be nice if the voice instructions were at the same pace as the person doing the exercises because you can’t always be looking at the screen when you are doing poses to know when to switch
Simple minded poor match for my goals and abilities
Their automated program does not allow you to review what you are getting and check their selections for you. Their choices were way off and simple minded and the videos subpar. You can find better ones on YouTube.
Not for beginners
You fill out a form and everything you write is a person who has never done yoga, out of shape. They give you a program that is definitely not for beginners.
Music 🎶 bug 🐞 please fix!
When I initially started using this app there was no music during the workout, I suggested adding when giving a review. Well now the workouts have music but it’s louder then the instructor! Super annoying ! Would love if someone could fix this, put it in the background, and maybe have options on what kind of music? Thank you
This app stinks
Do not waste your money. This app does absolutely nothing. When I tried to use it, all I get is a white screen with yellow circles on it. No exercises at all. What a rip off!!!!!!
