Overpromised undersold

Promised significant ability never able to execute. Extremely glitchy with no support after purchase Don’t be fooled: they will tell you that they will extend your license until they fix the concerns, but in the end it is just a ploy for you to file a claim against their poor product, promises and business contrac. stipulations past the window of contesting the product. Integrations with google and desktop? Laughable. Stay away UPDATE TO DEV RESPONSE: WALKTHROUGHS WERE A JOKE! They walked me through and found the same inherent bugs I found! They promised resolution, only to continually delay beyond the window Apple or my credit card company would permit for contesting the charge. Creating others users was faulty. Certain field types fail. Accessibility to content across devices is only a dream with this app DO NOT USE THIS APP if interested in multi user access, google workspace integration, use ofthedektop app at all.

Beware

I downloaded the wrong app. I meant to download a video editing app. Next thing I know I’ve been charged $260 for a service I never used. Contacting anyone Is difficult. If they are reputable, they will refund me & I’ll delete this review. I’ve never used it & have no need to use it. We’ll see.

Way Over Priced

For little bit more than you get charged for this you get all this offers X 3³ and you get helpful customer service that walk you through completing your projects even suggestions on how to make yours pop. Again way over priced for what you get.

Rip off.

I had to pay $1.99 for this app thinking it was worth that. Once you purchase the app and download it, a pop up comes up that says they are going to automatically deduct $120.00 seven days after you have already paid that $1.99 purchase price. The $120.00 is an automatic deduct yearly as a user fee. There is no way to get in touch with them on the app. And it doesn’t work properly. I, just like others before me am having to go great lengths in order to stop this automatic yearly deduct. I will never use this app for that amount. I am on a fixed income. This is robbery and should be illegal because there’sNo statements that it’s gonna cost you more than $1.99 as reported on the Apple Store website!

Not worth it

Unable to unsubscribe , and the app was unable to do anything for me . A waste of time and I don’t want to be subscribed anymore .

Terrible app

Will not allow me to cancel subscription, and will not allow contact messages on the website to go through. An absolute rip off! Going to charge me for an app that I couldn’t even use for what I needed.

App is absolute garbage. I should’ve read the reviews. And y’all have the unmitigated Gaul to be trying to charge people $120 for a year and not the monthly price. I was able to put 2 check marks on my document and my first and middle name. It wouldn’t save anything else so I must’ve typed in my last name 20 times and then the font started glitching. I never canceled a free trial so fast in my freaking life.
