Ordered a cake online
Ordered a cake online went to pick it up and got told have to do it two days in advance. There was no special writing or anything on it. Why let me order it if I can’t have it?
Would like a refund
I am extremely frustrated that I went out it my way to come to your store. You did not have a scanner so I had to sit and order in the drive thru line with my small child. I was then presented with a melted cone. When I was presented with a second melted cone I was given a teeny tiny cone. Literally it was a quarter of the size at other Dairy Queens. My product and experience was definitely not worth the $7 I spent. I would like a full refund.

Ridiculous
This is one of the dumbest apps ive ever dealt with honestly. There is no point of having rewards available if you can never use em. I had 900 points i tried everything to see if i can use my reward points yet everytime i tried to do so it says I couldn’t do it and to try again in a few minutes such a pointless app
