I thought this app was great. Then I realized that it is actually telling me to eat more protein than fat. THATS NOT KETO. Is there somewhere to indicate that I want full on Keto rather than just a low carb diet?

Beating myself up for gaining some of my weight back and bingeing everyday. I said this is the day to take back control. I found this app and it is perfect for me. This app has been a lifesaver for me! I tried keto years ago and failed because I only had books of recipes to go off of. It was super confusing and time consuming. Now all the same recipes and more are on this app and it calculates everything for you to make sure you hit your daily goals. It also allows you to easily change the servings and automatically updates it in your shopping list so you never have to guess how much of each ingredient you need to buy.

With the help of this app I lost about 30 pounds. It made it easy to track my macros, I could add my own foods, or I could scan barcodes for ease of tracking. Inputting exercise was useful too. I enjoy it.
