Awesome but
I love this app but what I would love to see is the ability to scan the barcode of the ingredients to add to the recipes you create When I wanted to add refried beans which I had in my pantry there was no match in the recipe ingredients search bar so it messed up what my shopping list said I needed having the ability to scan in your ingredients would solve this problem

Nice idea but buggy
I really want to like this app since I’ve already paid for it. There are some cool features that work well. I like the expiration reminders! Searching for recipes based on what I have in hand is incredibly helpful. Scanning barcodes to inventory what was already in my pantry worked well. But the meal planning feature is very buggy. I am a single person household so if I pick a recipe and want to eat leftovers for lunch the next day, that confuses it. And if I change the date to cook something on a different day, it’ll change every meal in the plan to that date. I already paid for the annual subscription, so I hope they can fix these bugs!

VERY INCONSISTENT
Doesn’t work with all stores (I.e Albertsons/Vons) even though they are linked. Works okay with Ralphs/Krogers. My biggest complaint is putting in your own item. Trying to replace an image for your own item keeps picking the same old image. This app is a WIP (Work in progress). The developer should look at a product called Carb Manager that allows you to even take a product from their database and make it your own, editing the description and images and even submitting for review so someone can get use out of it. But it the meantime, I can use my own version. In my 48 years in technology, the last 25 running an IT and software development company, I wouldn't put an app out like this. I’ll re-rate, once I see some improvements. The support has been responsive which is why the 2 stars.
Amazing app
The app is amazing! We have saved a bunch of money in the few weeks of using it by avoiding eating out through meal planning and we spend less at the store through pickup. The only complaint is the app doesn’t bring through mobile purchases at Meijer and only registers with in-store shopping which generates an actual receipt.

Type A loving the inventory style
I absolutely love this app & I only use the free version. I’m highly organized so having a well to inventory my pantry is top tier. I don’t even need to be home to check what we have. I just got done checking the recipes to see what I can make for dinner tonight. I’m a fan for life!

Made me do a super long set up and then tried to charge me $50.. deleted.
Just downloaded
I just downloaded this app and I think it’s going to be a game changer. I’m super excited to start meal planning and using it. I think it will make eating healthy a lot easier and trying new recipes. As well as save me money grocery shopping because I know exactly what I need and it put it in my cart for me
