I purchased a report from Futurio on 11/29/2022. It said it would take around 20+ business days. It is now 2/6/2023, nearly 50 business days later, and I still have not received it. I tried emailing them on 1/9/2023 to ask whether I’d receive it soon, and I didn’t get a reply. Don’t waste your money. Even if I received it at this point, the fact that over double the estimated wait time has passed along with the lack of response from Futurio is unacceptable.
Improve in customer relations! No email or call to message for any assistance? Contact form no reply?

I loved this app at first. It’s really great & is more accurate than most. However I don’t like to be ripped off. I highly recommend not buying any reports because you’ll never receive them & customer service will never respond.
I’ve had this app since June 2022, and purchased a yearly subscription after a few days. I loved it and used it religiously! I purchased a birthday report and received it within a week. However, around October, I paid for a report that I still haven’t received, and I started getting repeat horoscopes on a regular basis. It’s January 24 now and y’all still haven’t updated the yearly report, so I’m sure the daily horoscopes are being recycled from last year at this point. I canceled my subscription and will delete the app if it’s not updated this week. 🤷🏻♀️ do better.
Why is this app stuck in 2022? Also the daily log ins and the futurions are not working even though I PAID for the app. Ridiculous.

No new moons and new yearly predictions were updated on my app when 2023 came and also there is no update suggested for the app either. I’m disappointed.
My virus program told me not to continue to this site and now I know why. IF YOU FALL VICTIM TO THIS SITE THEY WILL TAKE EVERY PENNY FROM YOU. Beware or you’ll go broke!!
