This program works in helping you achieve your fitness goals and create sustainable change to stay committed even after the challenge is over. I started at 160, end of challenge I was 144, and three weeks later the scale is still going down (139), my body is still changing, and most importantly my mindset! Not only do I look great but my ability to handle stress has been such a benefit for myself, my kids, and my husband. The app is so easy to use, serves as an effective tool for your journey, and helps you stay accountable. And I did this all at home, no gym necessary!
I have only completed 1 challenge so far (Winter 2021) but I fell in love!! I can’t wait to sign up for the spring challenge! I have never enjoyed working out and I was always afraid to lift weights because I thought I would get bulky, but I was very wrong!! Now I look forward to the workouts 5 days a week and enjoy my time!! I feel better and love the way my body is changing!! This app is very easy to use and it really helps having an example of the workouts to watch and follow!!! I 100% recommend!
This app is easy to use, the workouts and challenges are great and fun. Over the last year I have lost almost 35 pounds using the FBK app and have drastically increased my physical ability and stamina. Would totally recommend!
I have followed Katy and Haydn for several years and finally took a leap of faith and purchased her winter 2021 challenge. It was all I imagined and more! I have never done a weight lifting program and I have finally learned that is the best workout style for me. I lost a total of 12 lbs and gained so much more than muscle. The fellowship you gain through the 8 weeks is uplifting, encouraging, and inspiring! I’m so excited for the spring challenge coming up so soon!
I wanted to love this apps because I did like the use of the workout generator but there’s no way to track your progress/workout consistency. When you click ‘complete workout’ it doesn’t really mark it as complete because when you click the generator again it asks if you want to continue where you left off. There’s no completion history and just feels a bit lacking overall for something that costs $20/month. I wouldn’t even consider the basic plan worth it.
The winter challenge was extremely bad! The paid coaching program is no help when it comes to helping you. The coach just repeated the hand book they sent out to everyone. Anytime I asked for more they told me to keep doing the same thing I have been doing. I ended up having to get my own answers and never once did I feel like the program was worth it. The work outs seemed randomly thrown together (done lazy), coaches responses (lazy), coaches IG (couldn’t even tell she was a fitness person). Over all seems like a half done program that Katy is no longer leading the charge and has given up on.... do not buy into!
First of all, I respect Katy and Hayden and the amount of work they put in to succeed. I did a few challenges when Katy and Hayden coached. It was money well spent. I felt their grind and effort to be the best coaches while doing their challenges. I joined the winter challenge 2021, coached edition. I am not a fan of the coached challenges now that Katy and Hayden are not the coaches. I went in with a positive attitude because of the positive outcomes from previous challenges. My coached touched my macros and cardio once during the challenge. I know moving into a new house, renovating it, and prepping for her own show is a lot which affected the coaching. I felt like I was the last priority, which would be fine if the challenge was free. The response I got where short and simple with little feedback. Paying $200, there should be more coaching. I am disappointed, and hindsight I wish I spent money on the uncoached. I think the challenge should implement a better form of communication on top of the once a week check ins. Also, maybe capping the amount of clients a coach takes on, especially if their prepping for their own physique show.
This app is everything. I finally feel totally confident going to the gym and following the plans or workout generator from Fit by Katy. It also helped me understand my macros better and I’m starting to see results! Love it!
I love this app! I’ve had the premium, which is nice for a whole planned workout, and the basic. The basic is much cheaper, and still gives you a great workout. I love the new rep/weight tracking feature! I do wish you could scroll back and look at your past weights and that you could select certain exercises to create your own workout. Overall, it is a fabulous app that has made me far more confident to get in the gym and ensure I’m doing exercises properly!
I love the app but the latest update has had this refreshing anytime I move away from the app or my phone turns off. The app continues to refresh in the middle of a workout causing me to lose all progress and it’s not saving my weights and reps.
