Every time I go into the gym I am so discouraged by all the machines or people Not really knowing where to go, how to work out or even what to work out. I had been following Katy instragram for awhile. Seeing others people results. It Made me download and get the motivation I needed to get off the couch. I now go into the gym confident with a plan. Being able to own it in the gym has just made me strive for more. Results on the body are a slowly but surely getting there for me. Obviously not everything happens in one night. I will say I have seen results parts of my body I have never seen before.
I have tried other “fitness apps” and it would take me months to even see a change in myself. I've been using this app for almost two months and the changes I’ve seen have been motivating me to keep going! This is the best app ever! I love how it has different workouts every day, and let me tell you, they will take you to your limits! 👍🏽
The workouts for her challengers are well thought out. It trains muscles you haven’t used before or put together combination of exercises that you didn’t know you NEEDED. This is great for beginners and I recommend to anyone who asks what I’ve been doing in the gym lately. Even my husband has been following it with me and was genuinely surprised it wasn’t an all BOOTY WORKOUT! Great to men too The only things I dislike is: It doesn’t automatically save your progress like if I’m on the spring 2019 promo it’ll take me back to the home screen and go through the weeks again. I wish you could check completed workout and itll only have the workouts you haven’t done. It would be nice to put the amount of weight you were using for those reps like to make a note or something. Maybe I don’t know how to do it but to change your macros on your profile? I do it online but there’s no way to input it in her app. Sometimes you lose weight and then want to know how to maintain it. And then also put in weight and pictures too would be cool. Track your own progress on there.
Loving the workout generator so far. However, I wish there was an option for “full body”, “upper body”,& “lower body” for those of us who cant work out for ling periods of time/only 3-4 times a week!
I would love to give this app more than one star , if only I could log in. No matter how I try whether it’s “create account “ or “login” i keep getting the message “login failed” and if I try to create a new account with phone number , no code if sent to me. I’ve been trying for 2 days.
Love this app., use it every time I go to the gym. Would recommend adding a workout timer for the duration of the entire workout as well as a tricep section.
I have participated in many challenges and have been following Katy’s journey as long as I can remember. Which is why I’m SO disappointed. I guess I assumed paying so much for a monthly app that everything would be effortlessly at my fingertips, boy was I wrong. There’s not even a macro calculator, yet it claims to provide a “nutrition guide.” Don’t waste your money
App is awesome! I wish there was an option to track reps and weights used.
Update the workouts, I’m tired of doing the same glutes/hamstrings/quads workouts.
sometimes, if you leave the app open, without tapping it’ll close out and then you have to start a new combo it created for you. There should be a little pop that asks if you’d like to continue a workout you started but didn’t complete. Also, there’s should be liking a tracking system where you can see whether you’ve worked out each day and what body part. So maybe like a calendar that shows each day and what you did as motivation and for those times where you fall off and you cant remember if you’ve done back day or not, for example. Overall, looove the combos, love the video instruction—-it’s easy to follow, super cute, and accesible.
