I rant and rave to everyone I know about the fit by Katy app. I love that there is a multitude of options including the work out generator for lower budget friendly users as well as a moderate option to follow past challenges. The forum during challenges are a little hard to use as you don’t get notified of responses to your posts and sometimes it glitches. I love the weight track feature and use this app everyday I’m in the gym!
This is by far my favorite workout app! Even when not doing challenges. I love how the workouts focus on muscle groups and offer videos on how to do each workout. I also love how you can track your progress — weights/ reps. It’s also wonderful how it keeps track for you! When you mark a workout complete, (the paid versions l), it keeps track so you know where to start next.

I’ve done several challenges and love having what I need in this one app. I really enjoy the programs they put out, and have the exercises demonstrated right on the app is a huge bonus. I don’t have to go searching for what each exercise is. I also love that they give you the option of home or gym workouts. Makes this more user friendly to a wider group of people.
This app is seriously the best! You not only can join the current challenge and be in a group with just those women (won’t be released until it’s over), but you get access to all previous challenges. There’s something for everyone. Tons and tons of 8 week programs that will help you progress towards your goals! And, there’s even a workout generator if you like to switch it up day to day. I’ve done multiple of the coaches challenges and it’s seriously changed my life. The accountability and care you get is unmatched. I’ve been using the app for challenges for a year now and I love the recent improvements! Being able to save our weight and reps in each workout is helpful with progressive overload. The videos are super helpful as well as knowing how long to rest between sets. The app has glitched a bunch of times but even that has improved.
I have been following Katy for so long! I’ve also wanted to do these challenges for forever and I finally did it and don’t regret a single thing! I love that it’s all through the app as well. I was using the app for workouts prior to joining the challenge and it super easy to navigate. I didn’t give the app all 5 stars because I wish there was macro tracking component to the app! I think being able to use the app for all the needs for the challenges or to just keep up with it on your own would be great!
It’s easy to follow the little video showing you what to do it’s a awesome specially when you are a beginner and start to get familiar with the moves , it’s worth the money! I have done 4 challenges and I love it I see the results on my legs and arms I love it !
I love this app! It makes the workout go smoothly. I love that there is a demo and description to help me have the proper form. I am so happy I can track my set and reps in the same app too. The only thing I would love added is maybe like a little notes section where you log workout. I think that would be helpful so I could put in if the weight was too heavy, or if I had to drop the weight. Little notes like that help me remember where I left off or felt that day. Thank you for this amazing app and challenges!
I just completed my second challenge and can’t say enough how great it is!! It’s so nice to have structure in the work outs. Along with the app work outs are things I may dread doing or wouldn’t push myself to do on my own! I also appreciate it saves your work out weights and reps for further work outs. It’s really helped me push myself and not keep guessing where I was before. Highly recommended for someone looking for a challenge focused mostly on lifting and getting stronger. Also the work out generator is great for someone looking for a change but not the challenge.
