Been using the app consistently for about 4 years now and I still love it. They keep making improvements too. The whole idea of weighing food is a little intimidating at first, but once I got the hang of it and saw results, the stigma went away. Highly recommended! Their podcasts are great too!
Very complicated to use or I’m just stupid
I’ve used a few apps to track intake and RP has been the most beneficial as I have stayed on track with my goals. I do wish that the workouts were more than just “weights” “CrossFit” and other or that energy expenditure could be imported via wearables. But honestly I haven’t been able to make gains as quickly as I have using RP

I don’t like that you can’t manually adjust macros. Keeps fats too low for me.
Managing calories becomes automatic after a little practice.
Yes, it’s been that long since I’ve used RP. The paper templates were clear instruction wise but required a lot of additional work and math (ugh haha) when meal prepping. I also enjoy the app’s versatility in the sense that I can just slap together a meal on the fly with what I have available at the moment. I just finished up an 8wk cut and I am very pleased with the results. 97% meal adherence, lost 9lbs and despite weighing less I am lifting heavier. I feel great!
Using this app has been the only way I've actually been able to drop pounds. Of course I tried smaller portions, more excercise etc etc etc. But I had no idea what I was doing. THIS APP does it all for you. Follow it daily, you lose weight, plain and simple.
I’m using the app to loose fat. The app although a bit tricky to hit the goals set for me is a game changer all my meals I finish feeling satisfied and not hungry while eating foods I enjoy. I’m still making gains in the gym even though I’m loosing weight. The app is super helpful and user friendly making it easy to log all your food.
The app works as designed but the actual execution of getting your meals together, meal prep, meal times, weigh-ins, and actual eating can be overwhelming.
