was a great app and was going to give 5 stars. they made an “update” and the app became cumbersome and not user friendly, I have since cancelled
The app is easy to use, the diet really works, and RP is now apart of my lifestyle. My results have been great and I’ve gained control of my eating habits!
The app before the new update was fine. It’s way to confusing now and I’m having a hard time with it. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Don’t try to fix things that’s not broke.
User friendly, smart, and keeps things simple. highly recommend!
I like everything except for the fact that you can’t just put in the macros you ate and the drop downs for P/F/C is only Whole Foods. I understand that’s what they want you to eat but many of us still don’t eat ONLY Whole Foods. App works well though and I’m seeing great results with the macros given and timing.
Had the templates before and decided to try the app...could not stick with templates. App holds you accountable. It’s there to tell you it is time to eat, tell you to weigh in, even tells you what to eat and how much of it. This is what I needed, a coach in my pocket. Lots of food options and gives you the amounts you need to fit your lifestyle! So you just find what your eating and it will tell you what to weigh out for that food. Easiest app to use! I LOVE it!!!
I selected the gaining option and the calorie allotment it gave me fluctuated between a 200 and 500 calorie deficit from what I know is my maintenance. It never hit maintenance let alone a surplus. I have no idea what equations they’re using for their TDEE calculations but they’re way off. There’s also nowhere that takes age into account?? Hire a qualified coach if you’re looking for a breakdown this detailed.
Easy to stay on track, minimize obsession, and get results. The app is always improving, too. And customer support is great!
I’ve tried a few different diet and nutrition apps and this one is by far the best. It gives the user the freedom to choose from many protein, fat, and carb sources and gives you the exact amount to eat and when based on when you wake, sleep, and workout. I lost 25 pounds in about 8 weeks when with weight training, running , and Hiit. Digital food scale required.
It helped me lose the widget I wanted to lose, super user friendly and the reminders were great! I’m definitely recommending this to all my friends and family.
