Because of the times I work and sleep the new update changed all my meal times times and macro requirements to unrealistic settings. How do you expect to consume 305C carbs in a single meal!?
I’ve been using the app for I’ve a year now and loved it. Work schedule is crazy and the previous version allowed me to change my daily activity with ease. Now, I’m confused as hell on how to change my daily activity. User interface is not very user friendly. I’ll cancel my subscription for now.
Macros extremely low also doesn’t let you record or move on if you are off numbers at all
I have been a client of RP since the Templates, when I heard about an App I was excited but it wasn’t the same. Now, with this update I just can’t anymore, everytime I changed one day or schedule, the app wants me to change the whole week. I’m canceling my subscription, when you fix this let me know. What a way of waste time and money 😒
The RP diet work. But I’ve found that the app is not as friend now as it was prior to the update. I find it difficult to navigate through the app. I do not like the set up of the day and how you set up your activities, such as meals, workouts, and sleep. The recurring option is by far the most annoying thing to me. I understand that it’s simple to set a schedule and stick to it but changing your day sometimes is a real pain. I liked the app before they updated to the new version. The help videos haven’t been updated to show you the new version So those resources aren’t real helpful. All in all I definitely think it’s worth the amount that they charge per month. If you’re experienced with counting your macros it’s been a wonderful option if you don’t want to pay the money for an actual coach. With all the notification options it’s basically like having one. If the app was easier to navigate for myself I would give it five stars.
I was really enjoying the app. I just finished my first cut and just moved into maintenance last week. I have been eating well and sticking to it, but then when I try to update my schedule because i was off from work and also took a rest day from working out I am not able to modify my schedule as easily anymore. I am not able to just easily choose “no activity” scheduled for the day and allowing the app to modify my day. When I try to change it, the app still makes me choose “busy” or “sleep” but I am not doing either of those things during the allotted time. The update is not as user friendly as the previous version. It’s seems like so much more work is needed to make a slight modification to my schedule. Sorry guys, I tried to give the update a chance but it is super frustrating.
Worked great until October 2020 update. Now full of bugs and doesn’t work anymore. For the price one pays each month this is ridiculous. Stay away.
I hate the new update. It forced me to delete the app and start everything all over. Now it won’t let me start today and my whole schedule is messed up. I might just delete the app now.
The program is setup for success. The app adapts to your actions and weigh-ins to accomplish your goals.
I enjoy trying this. But if you don’t get the macros perfect according to the goals set, you cant add any more food. Frustrating! I understand it’s not a caloric intake app, but seriously, if I go 5g over my either fat/protein/carb intake, I can’t move on. So if I am over 5g in fat for that meal, but way under protein, I can’t add anymore protein at all. Not easy to use. Perfecting these numbers isn’t possible at every meal. The warning should be there, but I don’t understand why it shuts me down after.
