I have never truly dieted. Never ever measured food and stuck with it for more than 2 weeks. Having this app helps much more than the template I had already purchased. I chose a cut that was too aggressive. I saw results but had really bad headaches. I reset my diet with a much more attainable goal that will hopefully allow me to enjoy life.
The only thing that's ever worked for me
The RP diet app works great. This app makes tracking food easy and losing weight was actually enjoyable. I would recommend this app to anybody who is capable of sticking with the routine and consistent enough to weight food and log it in.
The app and I have had awesome luck together! I was slightly intimidated when I first started and put my food in day 1 but day 2 hit and I was love love loving it! I have used a few other apps and this is by far my favorite. It takes in consideration my day to day schedule, adjusts for workout days and keeps me 100% accountable. I’m only a few weeks into my diet this round and I (and others) are already noticing changes. I’m excited to see where the next 10 weeks takes me.
It cuts the carbs too low for me and has no way of adjusting it.
Program is very well organized and easy to understand an use! It is laid out specifically For easy application with process that enables the user to follow the process and measure your progress on a preplanned basis!
It’s getting better. Would like to be able to record an entire meal even if it doesn’t meet the macros, now I just lie about what I had so I can at least mark the meal and then I score it accordingly. Bar code reader is better but still balks at times. Bit of a learning for me at the beginning but after a few months I’m starting to like it better.

This app is hard to use and completely inflexible. I don’t know how it’s has such high rating.
