I paid 50 dollars to not get access to anything.

The app is great, I love the questions. I just bought the 50 dollar 3 month access pass and I don’t have access to everything. I don’t understand what is happening or who to get in contact with. My money has been taken already :/

Access/support

I can’t send issues and I want to know why I’m unable to access this app on both my iPhone and iPad. Support shouldn’t be this hard. If sky scape can’t do this Saunders should get away from them.

Duplicates and Quick Rationales

While 6K question bank sounds tempting, it is actually because there are a lot of duplicate questions with the same answers, so I wish they have a way to clean up their database to remove these. I have come across tons and tons of duplicates so I’m guessing the total amount of questions here is half or bit more? And some of the rationales unfortunately doesn’t explain why your answer is wrong, they just explain why the right is right.

On iPad this app keeps crashing

App not working

I had purchase the 1 year and nothing unlocking. Keep telling me to update plan so I switches to the 3 month plan and it is still not letting me access all the data. Mind it they charged me already……

Confused

When I originally downloaded the app, the answer options did not match the questions. After resetting the app, it was fixed. I almost deleted this app due to that problem.

Get into Saunders

One of the most liable tools for Nursing school and to pass the NCLEX. I’d say is a must. Recommended

Highlighting option

Wish there was a way this was like a book where you can highlight and save sections you have been going over. It’s a pain to have to be constantly going through and finding where you left off.

Great source of information... super buggy app

The information is great and worth it, however, the app itself it buggy on both a laptop and phone. I purchased a subscription and when I would go to click to open a table or something I would be prompted to buy the subscription. When I would reach out to customer service they would always tell me to do the same things and I would but they would end up having to reset my account manually. Super frustrating to spend much of my time trying to fix the app so it works properly.

Really upset

So I bought this app to help me study for the NCLEX and really liked it so I bought the book to get access to the free questions and study materials on my phone. I restored my purchase of the book through the app and not even a few hours later they charged me $32 for a monthly fee. I am SO MAD. I want my money back. This app is a joke. Such a waste of money and time.
