Horrible App

I purchased the .99 thirty day trial. I was charged twice, never received access to the content I was charged for. Sent emails to Damani Rhodes with regards to my current experience on DrumTrax. No response and no resolution. Watch the YouTube videos and avoid the app..

Why is this happening?

It won’t let me email any tracks. Redirected me to the subscription page then when I click it says I’m already subscribed, which I was already charged.

This is great but it was designed for a phone layout. Can you design it to display well in landscape on an iPad as well?

It says there’s an update, but it’s nowhere to be found!

The crazy thing is, it works on my cousin’s phone but when I tried downloading it, it said it needs updating and kicks me out. I come here looking for an update but there’s none to be found! Other than that, it’s a great app
