Great interface and graphics
Disappointing when supposed teachers try to charge so much for a service there soul should compel them to share. People need this experience and now its only for those who can afford a monthly fee. Greedy developers should be ashamed.
Would highly recommend to ever single person! I didn’t realize how important meditation was until I started! Now, I can’t go a day without it, and the lessons are super helpful and mind-opening!
I have tried to make a habit of mediation before, but have never been able to get it to stick. The introductory course has been perfect for me. I look forward to it every morning.
I don’t know if I can express how much this app has helped me. A month ago I was having weekly stomach pains from stress and now they’re gone. I can relax and enjoy time with my children more. I’m finally able to moderate my stress levels.
Excellent and eloquent. Reveals how there is much to see in the landscape of the mind.
Current version will not play lessons 1-5 of the introductory course, with or without the subscription.
I’m still early on in the meditation practices here, but the lectures/talks alone are worth the price of admission. The meditation practices (again I’m still very early) are already opening my eyes, so to speak, to what a busy mind I have. And I can only hope that with more guided practice like Sam gives, I’ll become better still at viewing the contents of my consciousness. If you’re interested in the theory, the lectures have you covered. And if that theory sparks you’re interest, so far Sam is a great guide to easing you into something you’ve probably never done before or perhaps only tried with limited success.
I’ve tried meditating over the years, but have been sidelined by this or that; attention constantly pulled here and there. I discovered Sam’s course though his interview with Nick Bilton on free will, or lack of (I highly recommend that conversation). It was through that discussion and hearing my own cacophony echoed in that discussion that I came to begin this practice. Maybe you will find the same. I recommend giving it a try and I’ll update again after I finish the introductory course. Keep coming back to the breath...
