A step above other meditation apps 10/10

Sam’s guided exploration of mindfulness goes far beyond the other meditation apps I’ve used. The guided meditations are supplemented with lessons, guest discussions, and additional meditation playlists provided by guest meditators. I’ve used it daily for over a year and highly recommend it. Stick with initial meditations (1-50) if you want a strong introduction to the practice, then explore all the other cool parts of the app 10/10

Amazing teacher Soothing Voice

I’ve been meditating for awhile. Started using headspace, did a 10 day Vipassana retreat, all that Jazz. Out of all the guided meditations I’ve done, I find Sam’s instructions the most helpful. His directions brings my mind and awareness into a peaceful dimension that I am only able to access using his techniques. Definitely worth the try. I would say this technique is a bit more advanced but so worth it.

The waking up app was everything During then pandemic. My anxiety went through the roof. I have tried to meditate for years and have had little success. The waking up app really reduced anxiety, taught me Introspect. I also enjoy Sams podcast. I do enjoy his honest opinions on politics on both sides. I enjoy that he can listen with an open mind. This is everything and another amazing tool to have on board. Life saver !!! I used the free trial and then went ahead and use it because I need it. Thank you Sam. Thank you so much sooooo much

I am 23 years old. I love this app - it is teaching me how to exist in this world. As a young person, growing up in the era of social media and the economy of attention - Sam Harris reveals the path to reclaiming ownership over my own attention. Through his podcasts and his meditation course, he provides a world view. He leaves open the door to mysticism and yet proceeds forward on the steady ground of logic. I was hesitant to write this review because I respect Sam Harris, but no one answers my emails. This app asks me to verify identity EVERY morning by sending a code to my email. Checking my email is the last thing I need before I meditate. Please resolve the issue. I’m on a paid version btw and had no issues in the past.
