After the 7-day free trial, payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. You can cancel at any time from the Setting screen in the app. If you cancel 24 hours before the 7-day trial is over than you will not be charged. Good app, some macros are WAY off

EDIT: they don’t respond to the complaints that their macros are off. This is really frustrating so they lost my business. :( I love following Amanda on Insta tho. It’s free and she has good stuff on her own ! ——— Good app to get you into meal prepping However some macros are WAY off. The ground beef lite veggie box has 4 oz of ground beef per serving and only 12 grams of protein? That’s not possible The pot roast calls for root veggies yet claims it has no carbs The peach yogurt jar recipe doesn’t have yogurt in the ingredients. Anyways, it’s throwing off my meal prep a bit, but I’ll stick with it hoping it changes

Love the app - But it can be even better

Hi there! I LOVE this app. It has changed the way I eat! Here are some suggestions for further improvement: - Make a setting where you can put what groceries you have already and it auto-populates recipes that you can make. It does have to be exclusive! But let’s say I have 5 things I have at home, then the app could you give you a bunch of recipe that use all or most of the ingredients - MyFitnessPal has a setting where if you put a recipe it will bulk search ingredients. I understand the reason behind not letting copy and paste on the app but it would be great if you guys found a way of making the whole logging meals less tedious - For recipes like meatballs, protein balls, or even anything that you make in bulk it would be useful if you guys said how much is “one serving” Thank you for all your hard work!

Really awesome app! Love the concept, And the grocery list is my favorite. It would be awesome if there was an option for pregnancy. Recipes that were focused on nutrients needed to increase and so on.

I was super excited about this app and today was the first day I did a grocery store haul with the pre made shopping list. There were key ingredients left off of the list to complete recipes. Some of the recipes only serve 4-6 when the meal plan is for 7 days. The written recipes differ from the videos. They do not tell you what to pre prep/cook ahead of time. Glad I only used the free trial!

No option to avoid food allergies

When it generates your meal plan there is no option to select foods to avoid. Say you’re allergic to eggs.... You’re going to get 5 days of eggs on your meal plan. You have to manually go and remove the meal from your plan and search for ones you can eat. Sure you can use completely blank meal plan and make your own.. But isn’t the selling point of this is that it creates a meal plan for you? It does, as long as you don’t have any food allergies.

No customer service at all

I bought the 1 year plan and enjoyed using it for a few months, then 6 months later I try to use the app and there are errors msgs coming up, I can’t log in, it says my email isn’t registered - essentially I got locked out of my subscription and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone from customer service to fix the error- no luck and no response! Save your money and take your business elsewhere where they’ll give you the decency to explain, correct or refund you.

Has potential

I like the idea of this app but this one is not quite working for me. The meals are the same every single day. There’s little variety day by day and I personally don’t like that. This might work for people who don’t mind eating the same thing every single day, but not me. I also find it quite weird that some recipes appear under several athletes as if they created it which makes no sense to me. For instance, a recipe that appears under Lewin will also appear under Heward and I thought these were personalized by athlete, much like the workouts themselves. I cancelled my membership, but I’m willing to get it if the format changes.

Overall I really like the app. A few things that would make it even better: 1. Ensuring all recipes have macros calculated correctly. One that doesn’t seem correct basset on a few sources is the steak stir fry. 2. If the recipe is intended to make more that one serving it would be great to have serving size ie. 4oz of protein plus 1 cup veggies etc. 3. It be great to have more meal plans that incorporate enough veggies/fiber instead of just focusing on hitting macros. Michie peachie has done a great job at that (my favorite plan so far for its balance of fiber/protein and great tasting recipes) So far I’m really loving the app!

Excited to use but putting payment information for $50/ year before getting to use the trial is nuts. Would love for a premium service to have extra features rather than the actual product itself.

Had high hopes

Was very excited to try this app but it has let me down for the price. This is a nice cook book but that’s about it. The ‘meal prep’ option for the week does not include true meal prep recipes. All it does is repeat the recipe that you need to make on each day. Some of which include 30 min of boiling then additional pan frying- this is too much to do for a lunch. Also the app does not allow you to check off what you have eaten each day nor does it work with the fitplan app at all. I was so excited hoping the calories I’ve been tracking with my work out app FitPlan would work with this app- sadly they do not.
