Absolute junk.
To be fair, I need to say that I spent an hour and a half trying to set this up, and also had the support team online to help. The app is quirky, and could use some improvement, but the device itself will not connect … to add insult to injury, I bought this on Amazon, and unless you buy it directly from their website, you cannot return it for repair or refund. WYZE support website is a joke, and the online support is a bot that takes you through the exact same instructions that are on their website. I did connect to a live chat, but all they did was parrot the same crap that was on the website. I’ll never buy another product from this company.

Cameras are good, but app needs to stop charging so often.
Don’t waste your money!
I have bought 6 of these cameras and only two work!!!! They only gave me $15 (total) credit towards a new camera, for the fact that two didn’t work. I decided to buy a secondary outdoor camera but it won’t stay connect to the base station and I’ve had to constantly delete and try to re-pair the camera. The other outdoor one I have just randomly turns itself off and disconnects also. I am officially done with this company!!!

Getting better. They were really going downhill there for awhile.
Frustratingly bad app
The lagging and constant crashing makes me want to move away from every Wyze product I own.
Used to be good
They used to be good and would allow you to utilize all there services. Now they have become like everyone else and want you to pay a monthly subscription. I have like 10+ WIZE devices but have decided to go with another product since WIZE is not like they used to be. Very sad.
Wish there was an iPad version
Decent app. Works on iPad but it’s obviously not native to it. Rotation is kinda funky but I can get it to work. Otherwise a good product.
Fantastic
Fantastic, easy to set up.
Bloated app
App too large. Some cell phones can't handle a nearly half-gig app. Also, service unavailable too often. I must find another way.
