A great app that has not only ignited my fitness but also my zest to travel around the world. So far I’ve run through the streets of Switzerland, Hawaii and this morning a hike up Argentina’s Patagonia mountains. The scenery is stunning and the guides are informative and educational with both geography, history and of course fitness tips.
Bought the proform 400i treadmills, says 2019 model, you would think a new model would be Bluetooth enabled, I do wish the menu was easier with more level one workouts. I’m a type 2 diabetic, the level 2 are too hard, but overall it is helping my sugar levels.
Not the easiest app to navigate, once you’ve started a program. App consistently self disconnects from wi fi at end of work out and loses data.
It’s the perfect app for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to work out but want to get in some good cardio. I love the trainers especially Casey and the scenery is beautiful and it makes it possible for me to stay in shape while working full-time.
I have used the iFit app 2-3 times now and like it thus far. Some have mentioned the lack of a search option and difficulty connecting. I have had no issues with this. I’m able to browse via the treadmill screen to find what I want. Maybe a little more organization of the workouts would be helpful. The only reason I haven’t given this app 5 stars is that I wish there was a better description of each work out. I’d like to know the areas of focus (arms, legs, core, etc). I hoped the reviews of each work out would give me more details but cant figure out how to read them (on my phone). I click on them and get nothing.
When I first purchased my Proform treadmill, I had zero desire to use the IFIT app. However, after one workout, I fell in love! I’ve been using the machine and following workouts on the app for 6 weeks, and I’m obsessed with several of the walking and running series available. The reason I did not give the app 5 stars is because it is missing what I think is a major component, video controls. I have been kicked out of two workouts recently (which could be a glitch itself), but when I tried to resume I found that there is no way to skip ahead to get to the place I paused, without starting the workout from scratch! As a mother of young children, it’s inevitable that I will need to pause or even temporarily stop my workout to take care of my children. I don’t have the time to restart my workout, especially when I’m already 20 minutes in. Video controls that would allow me to pick up my workout at any point would be so helpful. Or maybe some other type of save and resume function would be great. Either way, I do love the IFIT app, I just need a little more flexibility in controlling the workouts!
Love the program but it would be nice if it would connect with common Health apps available for tracking automatically Also the actual workouts transition SO fast I don’t have time to get situated and start before I’ve missed several reps. There is no transition time. I have to watch the workout first to figure it out, as a newbie, and then go back and do the workout. It’s annoying and demotivating.
I got this app for my treadmill and cancelled it the next day. They just keep charging me $15 a month after I cancelled the subscription and called ifit after 20 min they informed me that they cancelled it and it’s Apple charging me for ifit!! I called Apple and after 40 min they couldn’t find the transactions. I have email from ifit with $15 charges and they say we don’t have any idea!!! I log in to ifit account and it’s in transaction history and they still not refunding the money. I was planning to stop it temporarily and get back to them later but never again! Just be careful if you sign up for this you can’t get out of it that easy if you could ever!
This ap is a joke. Will not show challenges that I joined on the website. Good thing the first month was free because I will be canceling it.
How come I can’t add video workouts from the app to the calendar... there is no button for that function. Only way to add workout is directly through the website. If this is what I get for about 360 dollars a year... I’m very disappointed! Please get it together developers because workouts are great but this interface is just not user friendly for even a somewhat tech savvy young adult
