Love but app is terrible
I love love this content, but the app crashes constantly. It is so frustrating to not be able to listen to content when I am not at on the go.
Hunt for the cancellation of subscription
Why advertise the mother day sale if it is not in the main thing — the app? Why say 30days refund if then people need to jump through hoops to get it? Straight up ew.
Can’t get to cancel renewal.. sketchy?
I like this app. Everything is great. I just don’t like the fact that I can’t get to the “cancel renewal” on the website. I rather not go through the hoops and have to contact support. Please fix it and I will give Five stars. Thanks.
Amazing Production Superficial Content.
Have watched over a dozen courses across different categories and for all but a handful have come away disappointed with how surface level they were. Most of them (like Bill Nye’s course it pains me to say) are almost purely entertainment level with a few exceptions likeThomas Kellers courses. It’s not even that the format is too short. The producers seem to force everyone to spend a lot of time in telling stories that are interesting but don’t add to the learning much. I keep watching because I really do want this kind of platform to work but it’s just not hitting the mark for me. A master class is supposed to be a very high level in depth course not celebrities teaching at a content level you would find on YouTube.
Some good classes
There are a few really good classes, but beware, masterclass constantly hitting you with Marxist propaganda. It’s so blatant it’s funny. Apparently we aren’t really free in this country. I’ve lived in other countries. The USA is the freest and it’s not even close. If it wasn’t for the sports and music classes for my kids, I would not get it.

Love watching and listening. I take a piece of each speaker and instill there stories to help me with becoming a more skillful leader, negotiator keys things that help with work business and life.

Cannot cancel subscription won’t let me sign in on the website
This App Fails
The MasterClass courses are great. My advice is to watch the videos on your Mac's browser, because this app is a big fail. Sometimes it plays a video and then stops. Or I'll search for a course, hit Search, and nothing happens. An exercise in futility.
Amazing App
I love MasterClass! This app allows me to download videos and watch them on my phone instead of always watching them on my laptop. I highly recommend anyone to get this app!
