Great guests and content, Pretty poor user interface

The guests and content are fantastic, but the media player and overall user experience is pretty bad (e.g. inconsistent return to where you left off).

Bills you

This app bills me even though I never had a subscription.

Inspiration on tap

Having access to successful thinkers has opened reservoirs of energy that I didn’t even know I had. Very exciting. True education. Wish I had started ages ago. Best part of my day.

Annual Subscription

An advertisement baited me in with $15 per month. Just to find out it’s billed annually. I want to use the app but I don’t want to pay for a year up front. Therefore, 1 star review for misleading advertising and the fact I can’t use the app. These are Covid times. I’m not gonna shell out $180 plus tax for a freaking app.

Bad update

The “My list” feature really got screwed up with this current update. I don’t understand the need to have each lesson listed separately rather than listing the classes. It’s no fun scrolling through over 100 different lessons rather than a dozen classes. I really hope they fix this soon because it’s quite annoying. Also, some of the classes are really good, and others are just professionals loving to hear themselves talk

They charged my card but still no access

After five days of no access and a billed debit card, I decided to write a review. Customer service thus far has been nice enough via their email responses, but it’s been all yak and no action. It takes 24 hours for them to respond and still nothing. DON’T waste your time as they are ostensibly terrified that you’ll watch the classes on an iPad. I do NOT recommend.

What? No screen mirroring or Airplay?

Seriously, the developer needs a masterclass in programming . A video based app that you can’t watch on a big screen ? I have to watch with others by all of us looking at a phone screen? Ludicrous

Speakers are good, the app horrible

The app is constantly slow to load and loosing my position of where I am. For example I listen to the end of lesson 8, I get up In the morning and push play: I’m started back on lesson 3. For an app has all these advanced speakers do they can get one talks about making apps???

Great content - poor casting

Great content interesting instructors. The app is designed well and easy to use if you are watching on a tablet or phone. It has major problems when trying to cast to chrome cast or Apple TV. Sometimes it just refuses to cast, sometimes it is impossible to go back and move forward easily once you’ve casted. Overall I am still happy with the app but there are some major improvements to be made in terms of how you get the content to your television and move forward or backward within a lesson.

Enjoy everyone I watch

I would give MC 5of5 if I watched more of them. So 1 off because I forget about their courses sometimes. Most instructors are concerned and meticulous. There have only been one or two Big Name people that I didn’t love. But there is a value in listening to them as they are. I was not familiar with some artists I’ve watched. But now I’ve been introduced I’ll know them when I see them.
