Good workout I like it it’s a good plan
Excellent workout. So easy to follow the prompts.
I really like this app, however there are two issues I’ve been having. Tuesday is a scheduled workout day for me. When I open the app, it immediately says I have completed my workout and I can’t access it. This happened to me on Tuesday Nov. 5 and again on the 12. Not a huge deal, as I just do the workout of the day. Nonetheless, it’s kind of annoying. Today, I woke up with the intention of doing my workout and every time I click on it, the app closes. The app was working fine for me until Nov. 5.
Wow short work out and I’m sweating, good workout
It has a many types of exercises but it is annoying when you are going to start with the exercises it takes forever to load or it doesn’t load at all even if you close the app and open it again it is so annoying that even for begginer it has exercises really hard and sometimes it puts way to much time
I love this app! This is just what I needed to step up my fitness and get stronger. Instructions are clear and helpful so you don’t injure yourself. Two suggestions for developers: 1) Add a way to see how long a workout is the next day so we can plan. I get up at 5am to work out, sometimes discovering my workout is 25 minutes and sometimes 70! It’s frustrating to not be able to plan. 2) There should be a list of equipment needed too. That way, when you start a workout, you don’t have to scramble for the right weights.
The work out is easy to follow, well explained and appropiate effort for what I asked. Thank you!!
The low impact weight loss sessions are easy to follow and a stretch for me! I should be up to par by day 30!
