Won’t let me set up a account . I’m on iOS 12.2 Worked with customer service to fix the problem, all is good now :)
I really want to like this app. It has everything I would use such as deck plans, detail about ports of call, a great feature that actually gives you a route from one place to the other. However, I cannot sign in so it saves my information. I have tried to sign in with Facebook but it takes me right back to the log in screen. I created an account from my laptop but same thing. Back to log in screen. Back at the app it says no account found but when I try to create an account, it says I already have one. I’m so discouraged. I guess I’ll be using ShipMate instead.
Am I the only one having a problem with this app. It will not recognize my login anymore every time you try to continue by selecting your cruise lines the buttons will not work and when you attempt to contact support the URL for the website keeps coming up as not found. I even tried to set up a new account and after putting in my email address it just keeps saying enter a valid email address. When I first downloaded this app it worked great then all the sudden everything seem to stop working. I have deleted it and downloaded this app several times and attempt to correct the problem but each time it seems like the problem is the same. I did not know of others were having the same issue since I see this app continuing to get 4+ stars. Not sure what is going on. Used to be a great app.
Scheduled on Norwegian Pearl 10 days from April 18 to 28. 2019. App says a different port and destination at that time.
I wanted to give this app five stars, as it holds very useful information. However, their information is not accurate. The dates of arrival at different ports is mixed up, as are some of the arrival and departure times. On the good side, this app gives great information about ports and suggestions as to what to do and where to eat.
This app has our cruise ports listed backward and says it is 11 days instead of 10 ....kinda ridiculous for app to be so wrong!
I am concerned about the itinerary shown for my February 20 Hawaiian cruise. The first two ports are wrong according to my scheduled cruise. It’ll make my car reservations wrong if I don’t find out the true itinerary.
At first glance at this app and it was what I was looking for prior to sailing.
Use it for reference for different ships. It is also great for answering unusual questions. Have been using for over 10 months.
Great for the new and experienced cruiser. Lots of information that is helpful when planning your cruise. Easy to find the topics you are looking for
