I cant figure out how yo turn my steps on it's annoying
El plan de comida que me prepararon no me gusta. Hay alimentos que no me gustan. Yo les puse en sus preguntas lo que no me gusta y en su plan diario hay alimentos que no cómo. Si no pueden hacer un plan con las cosas que como. Prefiero que me devuelvan el dinero.
This company will milk you for every penny. I purchased there meal plan. I understood I would received my meal plan through email Never received anything. Chalked it up to another FB scam. I’ve order other thing and never record so... what can I say shame on me for purchasing through FB Then about a month later... I see a duplicate charge... Identical to my purchase the month prior... I contacted customer service They told me I could have 12 months at no additional charge or they would return $15.00 That’s $15.00 of the $60 they took without making it clear that it’s a monthly re occurring charge... These people are not worth dealing with.
This app implies it’s a on time charge but charges weekly. It has also changed its name 3 times in 4 weeks when it charges your bank account to hide its identity. Shame on you and and shame on Apple for letting this into the App Store.
I can tell you that you make cancelling the app almost impossible to do, which is another complaint of many users for any subscription based app. I had to contact customer service and PayPal in order to ensure that I was really cancelled and to request a refund. It should not be that hard to cancel a subscription, and yet it was. The app is free for 7 days, then automatically renews at $9.99 per week. It is not worth that amount of money. The food diary is a mess and time consuming and cumbersome to use. There is no standardized method to enter foods into the diary. The design is not user friendly and doesn’t look or feel modern. I was very disappointed and had to email customer service just to figure out how to enter new items into the list. I don’t think this app is worth the cost when there are easier apps to use for less than $9.99 a WEEK.
I purchased this app and thought I would be paying $9.99 per month. Week 2, I’m being billed again. It doesn’t show up in my iPhone subscriptions to cancel, it doesn’t let me log in to cancel, there appears to be no number to call. No where did I see the billing frequency as weekly. I certainly would not have chosen this. As soon as you pay, it asks you to upgrade and pay more. The fine print tells you how to cancel but none of these options are working for me.
I never received anything from them and they charged me. I try to login on app and it refuses to let me in or send information. Help. No customer service available. SCAM!!!!!
Save your money. This food plan is not worth the money at all.
Well first off this was supposed to be a app that offered many things like a guide,menu’s, and workout guide to follow to a specific persons need. After purchasing the app I later found out After I already paid that I have to pay more to get the hole perks. You literally get nothing when you purchase the app you have to pay extra for a guide, then menu and everything else cost extra. Then after figuring this out I wanted a refund since the app said satisfactory guaranteed and I was disappointed from finding out all the extra charges if I wanted the full help. After reaching out 2 or three times about trying to get a refund they kept offering me other alternatives instead of giving me a refund. Then after repeatedly telling them to just give me a refund they finally offered me 50% of my money back which it did not say nothing about me only getting half of my money back if i didn’t like the app. This app is a scam! Now after saying that, if you have plenty of money to pay for all the add ons that was supposed to be included in the app then you might like the app but in my eyes it was extremely dishonest and a money gimmick.
I cancelled within the one week free period and have now been charged $9.99 and $6.99 for three weeks running. I tried to cancel through my bank and it didn’t work. This app has wasted 3 hours of my time dealing with Apple, my bank, and PayPal trying to stop this plus $50.94 I never meant to spend. At this point it feels like robbery.
