It won’t load
I just signed up for the free trial and it just keeps spinning and spinning. It finally let me into the app, and then I clicked on the Generate tab. Then a pop up came on the screen to read an article. I closed it, and then it took me back to the sign up page where it just kept spinning and spinning like it did after I initially signed up.
I have a Love/Hate Relationship with this app
TLDR: Has some great tools, but not intuitive or curated enough to be worth the $90 price tag. I started using this app around 2020 / 2021, and it was super helpful in building my bands social media page at the time. At the time it was $34.99 for a year, a fantastic price imo. It had some great insights / blog posts and tools but there were some issues with it. I had the honor of chatting with the CEO about my feedback and gave some specific suggestions on how to make it even better. Fast forward to now and the app is $90 a year?! Not worth that price. In addition, the blog posts with suggestions haven’t been updated since 2021 which is unacceptable in an age where the algorithm chances constantly. The current suggested hashtag amount on posts per my research is 3-5 whereas the app suggests 30 by default. The hashtag stats are still confusing, and even when you link your IG profile, it still forces you to tell it how many followers you have each and every time you generate hashtags. I feel like the simplest thing the app should be doing is curating a list of GOOD hashtags for your size of profile. If I type a word in, it should spit back at least a “possible” group of hashtags for my profile. But no matter what I type it tells me they will be “hard” to get reach. Then why are you suggesting them? Currently the only use I’m getting out of the app is checking the “grade” of any given hashtag so I can create my own group of hashtags for every post. Which to be honest, is exhausting. To the developer response: I appreciate the response and am excited to see the new tools coming up. However I still believe it’s not worth $90 a year. That’s a wild price, and saying its “affordable” doesn’t make it “worth” the cost.” $35 a year? Absolutely worth it imo.
Truly bad
App is sketchy, will not connect to my other apps so no way to ask for a refund or connect my portfolio. The list of generic hashtags it gave was so basic and obvious I could have just asked Google. In no way worth this money.
Took my money! Very disappointed.
I subscribed to the $89.99 option because it came with a 3 day free trial, i downloaded the app and it had so many bugs I couldn’t even use it so I deleted my subscription on day 1 and I was still charged!!!!

I hate paying for subscriptions but I went from about 1,500 followers to almost 6,000 in a few months it’s really good if u need ideas on finding a niche audience and if ur looking for filler hashtags

I’m a full time baker and I am constantly posting pics & videos and every time I want to post something I have to sit there and think of things to say hashtags etc.. this made my life soooo much easier, I love it!
Quit asking to upgrade at ever other screen.
I subscribe to the 5$ weekly because it’s what I can afford but this app keeps showing me the subscribe option and kicks me out of my own subscription to upgrade to the 90$ yearly on every other screen. I can’t even use it. Terrible configuration
