No where to cancel
There is no where to cancel this app. I have checked my apple subscription tab and their site, nothing.
Best App for editing
I use it all the time and nothing else come close. If you want to adjust light/color this is it. You have to dig in and play with the settings but it’s really a great app.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE
They will take money from you fraudulently and then reach out via email to pretend they will help you followed by ignoring you. I cannot believe I have received no help in 3 weeks over a purchase I did not make. Absolutely horrible customer service!
BE AWARE: pricing MISLEADING
I thought I was paying 2.99 per month which i am okay with, I don’t need this app every month so I didn’t want to get the yearly subscription. However, your app is misleading and I accidentally paid for a whole year even though I thought I was paying for just one month. Guys, we are literally in a recession, I am angry! You cant do that. I only paid to edit the sky, and I wish other features were good but they’re not, there are better apps to do professional work. And of course no one is going to give me the money back because “it’s my fault”. Just saying - BE AWARE!
Great App but 1 issue
It’s an amazing app. I have the paid version. The app is perfect for editing photos. The only issue is that it is buggy and lags a lot. Currently it won’t even open. Many times it takes 2-3 seconds for it to respond when you press an option in editing.
Won’t respond to emails
I have sent several emails to the company and they will not respond.
Greedy
This app is SO greedy. They want an excessive amount of money for everything and even if you screen shot something for minor personal use they corrupt your screen shot. I don’t use this crap for anything public. I have better apps for that on my iPad and laptop. I just use this on my phone for tiny fixes and they want hundreds of dollars for it? Get over yourself. The whole rest of the world is making a killing by allowing ads and levels of use for every kind of user. It’s obvious you’re not interested in the different levels of users you have. You just want the money. Byeeee
Sooo glitchy
Love the app but it is so slow and glitchy. Sometimes it doesn’t want to open then it is so slow between edits. If it were faster and not as glitchy it would be so great!
Super pushy
I was playing with the sky presets on a photo, toggling between a few, and the owl meme pops up. I never even took a screenshot. Weird intrusion on the experience, immediately uninstalled.
Professional & Casual Artist & Editor
I love this app & it’s features; I only wish they’d update the sky tool so new images were available. I used to pay per month for the app but have since done a one time purchase & the sky images never updated. Would be cool if they updated them with new images. On another note, I use this app for all my social media edits without having to get to my laptop to use photoshop.
