Does not work
I attempted to send pdf by fax but recipient told me that they did not go through. Only the cover page and the rest was lines. Tried multiple times and none of my faxes worked. This was a complete waste of money.
Great Easy To Use
Super easy to use. Even my 90 year old mother could use this app!
Love it it really works
This works and I’m grateful for it because a lot of people don’t email me back so it’s great for businesses. If you’re not a fax person this is the best.

No coversheet. Can't access Files
No option when sending a fax to add the recipient's name. When in the send fax screen there's no option to attach files. Instead you have to go to the file and choose the app. This means if you have two files, instead of them being sent in one fax, you have to do it twice. Deleting the app.
Scam
Paid for subscription and cannot use fax as it asks me to purchase again. No response from support. Scam.
problems
1. you charged me twice. 2. PUSH notification does not work 3. Cover page issues where i enter my information is very glitchy. 4 Otherwise app does what i need it for. it is functional but could be better when paying so much $$$
Good But…
I have had this app for years and enjoyed using it because you could send a one-time fax but now you have to pay for a week, that’s the shortest subscription. Single use is no longer available. Paying $6 for a week of unlimited use does no one any good. People just don’t fax that often anymore. THEN…beware because your weekly subscription will renew each week. Geesh, At least don’t put that one on recurring. I just paid $6 for 1 fax, that’s awful.

Can’t send fax
After renewing my subscription and the update . The app will not work. I have tried several times today to fax documents and all I get is a error message
