Works pretty well. Calls are usually nice and clear using WiFi and cellular data. I’m a bit suspicious that my cellular data provider slows down VoIP data to ‘encourage’ use of their more expensive voice service. Choppiness seems to be less when using VPN! Text messages can be a bit awkward at times. I’ve occasionally sent messages as IM and received responses under SMS. It would be nice to not even have the IM category as I don’t seem to have a use for it. Siri integration on iOS doesn’t work very well - which may just be an Apple thing. Not a major problem as Siri is a bit useless anyway, but still... I have had some texts that I’ve sent disappear without arriving at the recipient. Also have missed calls that I was awaiting with the app open and service registered, and just went to voicemail. These may be issues with my VOIP provider (VoIP.ms) The contacts list became a bit of a mess. It seemed to get all contacts from all of my mail accounts, so there are a couple hundred now, and that makes it a bit hard to quickly find contacts. Deleting old unused contacts one by one is a bit tedious.
Everything the previous reviewer wrote is true and I have the latest version of the previous app and started getting forbidden 403 errors with absolutely no online ”help” on how to fix. Don't even bother with the free trial. Let me add that I read a few more negative reviews and the answers are total blah-blah. BTW my business partner’s Android device and my download of free app for Windows work just fine on Surface Pro and Galaxy. Makes this apparent fake out even more frustrating. Go find another app! When and if I find it I will keep you posted. Bria get a clue!
I tested Bria Mobile and Acrobits Groundwire simultaneously on my phone, with the same configuration, the two accounts were from the same service. After 12 hours, both accounts worked well. But, after 48 hours, the account used in Bria Mobile become offline and cannot be dialled in, while the other account, used in Acrobits Groundwire, still worked well. Bria has a better user experience, but the unreliable push notification makes it unusable. I had to unsubscribe it.

Been using for years. I find the push notification feature not 100% reliable, but by disabling that feature this works perfectly. Highly recommended!
We work in professional business communications in sales, install, repairs. Traditional PBX and Voip and hosted. This app seems to be better than many of the integrated apps for systems we have used in regards to exceptional audio quality and maintained connectivity whether on WiFi or cellular. Highly recommended.
This app is listed as free but in order to work requires a mandatory subscription. This is a poor way to trick customers.
I have also purchased original app and also bought premium service but they kicked that app with new app, now they need more money from us. Shame on your marketing team. Please refund our old money
Even after I canceled this subscription and deleted the app one year later you charged my credit card without my permission. I don’t use this app, and I only tried it a short time then immediately cancelled. I request a full refund of $9.99 and would like someone to contact me to confirm this subscription has been cancelled.
