Been studying and using this app for three months, renewed subscription and on the app it says I’m still subscribed but all my progress has been deleted. Someone fix this now
I payed for the membership for awhile to have access to more questions, and now that i no longer need it, there’s NO way to Unsub from the membership and i keep getting charged. I’ve also tried the contact button to no avail because you have to have mail set up on the device. (already have mine set up so ??). someone needs to fix that ASAP.
Used this app online side the "Medical" PTCE practice apps. I have been a tech for only 7 months with one month of studying with this app and passed my test first try.
I took my test today and I passed! This app was a game changer for me, I could not have done it without it. This was the main study tool I used and I don’t regret paying for the subscription at all. Highly recommend getting it if you are going to be taking the exam.

This game keeps charging me & asking me to start a free trial. I’ve already paid?! Very upset customer. This happened to me three times. What is going on! I want my money back.
App doesn’t load anymore and stays on a white blank screen. Waste of money.
I paid for this but I can’t access my daily questions. Is there someone that can help me fix this? Otherwise I will be asking for my money back.

I used the free trial and liked the format. I recently subscribed to it for a month and it doesn’t let me have access any of the content. It basically stole my money.
