Wouldn’t grant refund

I know I selected to purchase this overpriced AP for one month- yet was charged for the year. I mean who the heck would pay $79 for this AP for a kid? They denied my requests to change the charge to the month I had actually purchased. Due to their horrible review process/customer service I give it 1 star and will be sure to tell all my mom friends not to support this AP.

Perfect , but the prices

My sister loves this game , but the ones she wants to play are locked and she gets sad over it. I really wish I could pay for it but the prices are high, I understand that you have to make your money but if it’s for an educational game or (site) I think it should be free. I’m not showing hate or anything I just wish my sister can play the ones she wants. Like the come unlocked once a week and that’s the last time she sees the game or plays it . I think it’s a great game , but the prices are just too high.
