Love this app!
I am a house manager and i cook for a family with teens, there are recipes that fit all tastes. Really enjoying it! Makes my job easier!
Disappointing
You can’t even preview meal plans without signing up for the paid version. Nor can you narrow down to low carb. The website is more efficient.

Such a fun and convenient app
I used to save recipes from Tasty on Facebook and instagram so when I saw they had an app, I was quick to download it! I use this app at least 2-3x a week to look up a quick and easy recipe.

I love this app because when you need to cook something they have thousands of recipes for you at your fingertips. I also love this app because they give you videos of the recipes that you can watch for fun. Overall, this app is great! You should get it!
AMAZING TOTALLY RECOMMEND
I think Tasty is amazing I always find new desserts to make for my family. Breakfast is always the best part. My kids absolutely love lunch on weekends and it always warms me to see a smile on their faces.
…do people still work here?
Don’t get me wrong; I love a lot of the older recipes, and it gave me a lot of new creative ideas. Lately, less recipes have come out. Hey, that happens; we hit slumps in growth, etc. A lot of newer recipes come out straight from TikTok though. Okay, I like TikTok recipes, but the reason Tasty was good was it broke down each step with visual ingredients and let you know what you were looking for at each step. Here’s where you definitely see the breakdown: I just looked at a “guide,” and *maybe* half of the recipes had titles as to what they were? The first one told you to shred chicken halfway through, even though chicken wasn’t included in the ingredient list. The pictures of every other one looked like someone vomited it out with “social media reviews” of it “looking so cute.” One recipe was literally “cut bread into circles; put ham and cheese on bread.” Wow! Glad someone put this as an actual recipe
Overall great
I love this app overall. I use so many of the recipes here. However the new AI addition is terrible. I asked it for meatless meal ideas without beans and it kept giving me recipes with beans. I rephrased, I asked again and asked at least five different ways. At one point the ai said “instead of beans this recipe has black beans” like…. For real?? The ai needs a lot of work and every time I’ve tried to use it I’ve walked away beyond frustrated. It the ai uprising happens I am sure the tasty ai is coming for me first.
