This is my 3rd time through this program. I love it! I am 60 years old and I feel this is the perfect fit for me
I’ve already lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks!!! That way better then what I could’ve done by myself.
I really appreciated the daily reminders to hydrate since I really don’t get very thirsty and am not that fond of the taste of water. But after 57 days, drinking water has become habitual! I’ve got another week before I complete my 63 workout day weight loss program ends. I decided to faithfully stick to the program and weigh in at the start and finish versus daily. But I can feel and see the effects and I’m delighted! Dr.Adelle
Another tricky app. Downloading is free, but once you open the app it directly asks you to select a plan and do the payment. I mean without seeing what this app is offering why would I make a purchase? There is a 7 day free trial I get it, why would I start it without knowing what it’s offering? After seeing the content maybe I’ll just delete the app without even starting the trial? Totally useless, wrong marketing. I do not recommend this app unless you want to spend real money on an app right away.
Love this app. Been losing weight feeling great. However I feel this app is miss stuff like calorie tracker, fasting timer and a skip workouts due to being sick option! Developers wrote back that we can see calories burned. But when I said Calorie tracker I meant consumed calories
This app is amazing it helps with all my cardio and it grows as many exercises as a whole many days you have so it’s an amazing app I totally recommend
So I love the app and it’s great but it keeps freezing or not loading and since I paid for the membership I don’t think that should keep happening.
I hate this app. The workouts are super short. There’s no warm up or cool down even though I have those selected. It’s a pain to use. I wish I hadn’t purchased a subscription.
I can’t do these exercises not to mention it isn’t safe to try and step up and down on a chair when your not in good shape. I can’t believe you have beginners doing these workouts
