Hopefully Yahtzee pulls the license from Scopely and gets a company that actually tries to fix things. I spend money on this game and enjoy the game. But often the rewards from tournaments are missing or never awarded. When you contact “customer support” they will respond in 3-5 days and it is always the same message type. I understand your frustration. Can you send screenshot even though you have sent them earlier. Another 3 -5 days someone else will come onto the chat and say I am ______ and I will be helping you now. Please send me screenshots of what the problem is again ignoring the previous photos above . When you send those in another 3-5 days goes by and then you will get what I got again today. Two messages a minute apart from each other that said “ you have seven days to respond and if we don’t hear from you we will close the case.” Again ignoring the dozens of responses by me above it. The one minute later a message says I have 3 days to respond or the case will be closed.” Guess what the case was closed again! 4 times? They just don’t know how to go the bugs so they (scopely) just make you wait hoping you give up and spend more money or forget to take a screenshot . So I have decided to not spend my money any more on this game. And I encourage everyone who reads or plus to do the same. If you spend money the least you can do is respond when a problem occurs. Perhaps go the problem? Just ignoring concerns and questions is just poor customer service.

I have played for about 4 years.... I would buy more rolls but the $$$ is just to high! And when you when win rolls ...... it just a few! The sales that you have not changed in years! Who wants to spend 20 dollars for 3 roll a day!!! Now that sale is crazy! Now ..the app is running slow. At the end of tournament games .. stops and won’t go to the scoring page. I have to shut down my phone to get out the the tournament. It’s very very frustrating. You need an update to address the issues!

This game is a lot of fun
Every time I play a tournament, my first game doesn’t get acknowledged. So then I have to play a second one. More often than not, my score is lower on the second try. Can this issue be fixed?? Until then, I’m giving the app 2 stars.
